Has anyone thought abt making dual render scopes I see it in games like Insurgency, or call of duty ghosts but never been implemented yet possibly due to hardware limitations. But its more realistic and more immersive imo. Some examples

I personally hate most of the scopes in the game, because of these issues: Poor contrast between background and reticle/crosshairs. Baby blue crosshair on baby blue background sucks, even under the best lighting circumstances...Too small and indistinct reticle/crosshairs. Some of the reticles are so tiny/ thin that they disappear in the noise.Extremely poor visibility through tinted background "glass". One is literally like a welding glass...Too much "noise" with loads of unnecessary lines and other graphics purely there for the "cool factor". Specially hate anything moving. Why the f*#@ is there a compass on the Achilles!!!Would it be possible to fix these with a mod? Maybe a simple re-texturing job could fix most of the above? Dunno the complexities of this, but would greatly appreciate ANY improvements on the above!

An request to convert this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/residentevil42023/mods/790?tab=files Optical Sights to have them as buyable "scopes" as parts instead of being built into the gun via the buy menu for the merchant. Supported for pistols, the LE 5, CQBR Assault Rifle, Semi Auto Rifle, Infantry Rifle, and bolt thrower. And as an extra treat, an side scope attachment with rangefinder for the infinite rocket launcher: bring back the classics

Hey y'all, I want to learn how to take an optic from one weapon mod and transfer it to another. There is a mod of an M4 with an EOTech sight that I really like, and I want to transfer it to another mod gun that onl has a sniper scope on it, so i can have a close range optic system. How do I go about doing that? Please and thanks in advanced!

A cut weapon mods restored but for scopes?I' I'll upload pics later since my home net connection is so s#*!.

So I was playing around with the console commands, specifically the toggle menus command, or tm as used in the console, and I noticed that when I would look down a scope the scope would show up except for the lines to align targets with which, as you can imagine, is quite inconvenient. I was wondering if there is a way to fix this by means of a mod.

PC user using Windows 10. When I launch the game, the mod appears in my misc of my inventory but when I try to switch to a scoped gun, I am stuck with the old scopes mechanics. For example, if I pick up one of my old scoped guns from my inventory, and then switch to zoom mode, I will get the dark screen all around the scope instead of the moded scope view that I used to get when I played the game 18 months ago. I paused from playing fallout 4 about 18 months ago due to life situation. I returned to the game and found that I had to update all my mods through Vortex Mod manager. All of the many mods I had seemed to work fine after updating, however See through scopes doesn't. Previously I had See-Through-Scopes v2.1 but updated to V2.3.5 which led Vortex to tell me there was a conflict. I had to choose one version, so I chose the latest version. However, as stated above, despite the mod appearing in my inventory, I can't seem to make use of it when I switch to my scoped guns. I switched back to See-Through-Scopes v2.1, which also shows up in my mod settings and gives me different options, but just again, doesn't seem to activate whenever I turn to one of my scoped guns. Why are all my other mods working but not this? Is this mod tied to anything else that might require an update or fix?

Hey guys I need a little help. So some of the weapons I use are zeroed incorrectly. I realize there are mods to fix certain types of weapons, but it is just a few specific modded weapons that have the issue. I was wondering if there was a way to fix this in the GECK or nifskope. If so I could use a little help. Thanks a ton!
