Some of us do have mutiple monitors attached to their computer. There is already an app for Fallout 4 (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bethsoft.falloutcompanionapp) which means the game has to have some sort of API to be able to connect to your game. So why not make an "offline" version for you own computer ? It should be possible to use it if you're running in borderless window mode. But hey there are probably better ideas to just use mods for every feature it has. Just wanted to throw a quick idea out there on how to use this.

Would be nice to have a way of seeing/ editing some stats through smartphone or tablet. A way to save character sheets somewhere (player and/or follower/s). They'd be shown in 2d or 3d models on the screen and you could view/change everything related to the character race menu (player), perk points for both player and followers. the 3d model's background can be a template of screenshots taken from the game and used depending on where you saved your character. (ie. if your character is in whiterun - the 3d model's background would be whiterun). Next step would be a tool to import all moded armors and weapons into the app. I know nothing of coding, but the idea seems nice. Should be a titan of a project though.

I often view the nexus website from my mobile when out and about, planning which mods I would like to install when I get home. The functionality of the nexus sites is difficult to navigate, with the sub menus that require me to hover my cursor over to view them. I would love to see a mobile version of the website that allows ease of browsing from my smartphone. Also, how about having your developers look at making an app for NMM so that I could queue downloads from my smartphone and see them brought to NMM on my pc when it is turned on? Slightly set apart, but I use an app which communicates with an account on my pc, so that I can write a text message on my computer, which is then sent via my mobile phone. The intercommunication is possible and would see great benefit to those who use NMM.
