I don't know how to make mods, so I'm asking anyone on here to assist me. If any of this is not possible, I am sorry for making said request then. There are currently mods that can allow infinite jet pack, a ring to become a jet pack, and punches that send things flying. All that is left to make a superman/girl costume armor, and two weapons. The first is a laser such as , I'd prefer if it can be made into two slimmer beams though. And a cryo breath, i assume something like a continues cryo shot gun blast, as to where it is short range and can continuously freeze things in a cone. The only thing i want is for both items to be invisible and come out of the eyes and mouth respectively,I don't really care if they are animations or sound effects, ammo, AP, or no resource requirement, or the items having to be found in a specific area, commanded in, or crafted, it is all up to how much work you are willing to do, I just feel if we can have saitama https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yqWgvn7C8dU , we can have superman/girl. Hi everyone! I'm looking for some new appearance presets for my characters from various fandoms. Particularly, I'd like to see some presets for the Avengers (Robert Downey Jr., Cris Evans, Cris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner), and others from the Marvel cinematic universe. Additionally, it'd be awesome to find some presets for some of the Supernatural cast (Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles, Misha Collins, Mark Sheppard, etc.). Some Doctor Who presets could be cool, and some Sherlock. How about the new Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman? Maybe some of the characters from the CW's Arrow and The Flash? Perhaps do a line of Johnny Depp's various characters. Oh, and Hunger Games characters! And The 100! OMG SO MANY FANDOMS!!! GAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!! (ahem) Anyway, I think you see what I'm looking for.

I was thinking of starting modding myself, but am struggling to find any time what so ever. So if somebody could take my idea and make it a thing I would be greatly appreciative for you doing so. Basically, with Batman V Superman being released next month I thought it would be a pretty sweet idea to create Batmans armoured batsuit for Fallout 4. It looks like it would actually fit right into the game, it even has glowing eyes like the other armours! I'll add a picture of the concept armour, let me know what you think. Additionally, I have included a link for higher resolution images of the actual armour. Damn it looks so nice!

S yesterday I watched Superman, and when I saw those armors I could only think of them with a dwarven feel in Skyrim and almost convinced myself to retake modelling, a 10 minutes later I arrived at my house, downloaded -modeller (the one I tried to use for San Andreas back in the day) and blender. Do our governments already have a way to register, approve, document, legalize aliens that could possibly come to Earth, or that may already be living among us? (I'm not on drugs, OK, just asking, lol) What would it be like if aliens really started visiting Earth more often and making a living here? My wonder is mostly regarding the legalization of documents, IDs and all. Would they have to follow the same Earth citizens rights, or would they have benefits like quotas, restrictions, or something else?
