It's a pretty simple request, not sure how simple or not it would be to actually implement, but I would like a mod that allows tech and smart weapons to use suppressors; including sniper riffles. I get it from the logical and balance perspective that suppressors IRL might not actually be 100% silent and that silenced weapons might be op in some cases. So what? This is a game and its aim is not realism. One can electrocute, set ablaze, poison, blind, deafen, or flat out knock out an individual by "thinking" (cyberware) it. That being considered, I don't really give a damn if the technology allows for it or not. On the balancing side of things, if a person feels like suppressed smart weapons are OP, just don't use suppressors. I don't really get people complaining about their character being OP when they've maxed it out and got "good lewts". Like, no duh, that was kind of the point. Feel OP? Cool. Start a new game and only use the 1st gun you loot. Up your attributes but don't invest in any perks, they might make you too strong. Also, for no reason should you ever buy any implants or cyberware. Play the game and see how long you feel OP. Seriously though, I just want to put suppressors on my smart/tech weapons. Is that really so much to ask for?

So the Burya has had sight misalignment since launch. The shot lands in line with the iron sights instead of the holo sights, a good bit lower than it should. Otherwise, the Burya is my favorite gun, and it would be awesome if someone could fix this. Potentially just lowering where the weapon model is held? I would even be happy to donate a few bucks to whoever modded this. Thanks!

The implementation of research is fundamentally flawed in this game and kills immersion. How many people in known space do you think can afford a state-of-the-art research station in the game, and in some believeable immersive world? Most people in this game, and well-funded elite institutions and consortiums in a believeable world. Besides the money, 10 years of post-graduate and post-doctorate education is generally required to join elite teams doing this kind of research. A mod should be developed that involves industrial espionage, network funding and coordination of research teams, and reverse engineering of advanced equipment discovered or captured. For example, Constellation should have a James Bond-like "Q-Division" that the PC interacts with and is given assignments by. There should be corporate. government/military, criminal, and derelict labs with various greedy (Pf....-like), benevolent, and mad scientists at work on various advances that are tied into or give various side quests. The rewards of these quests would be tech, advancement in skill, advancement in these organizations, and money. There should be discoverable ancient and alien tech and research equipment and facilities. Research NPCs should be available and most prized of all.

Forget the tiny armor boost, I'd like to see the Tech-aligned implant bonus to be something like "0.02% thermal and electric damage per stat point" AND/OR "0.05% grenade blast radius and damage" For the weapon ideas... I have no idea why CDPR decided against thermite weaponry for 2077. Because cyberpunk universe has plenty. Thermite charges.. Thermite grenade launchers, etc. Heck back in 2020 they put thermite into shotgun shells lol Not sure why CDPR nerfed thermal damage so hard. I mean, get this - IT'S NON LETHAL. You BURN PEOPLE UNCONSCIOUS. Ridiculous, Absurd. Immersion-breaking. 2077 Incendiary grenades are a party trick that barely hurts the lowest of mooks. and even then it's non-lethal. WTF. Guess they didn't want to make a damage type that would force NPCs to either straight up melt into a charred pile of burnt meat/metal sludge or roll around on the ground trying and failing to douse NAPALM and failing horribly, ending up as charred piles. tl;dr: - make Tech implants buff thermal/electric damage and/or increase grenade damage/blast radius instead of Armor of all things.. - make thermal damage LETHAL as it should have been all along. No PG-7 burning people unconscious. That's some One Piece level bullshittery - THERMITE WEAPONRY. At least a goddamn grenade launcher and a grenade. Realistically large blast radius and damage and at least some 30 seconds duration for sake of napalm realism (even tho real napalm burns for up to 10 minutes, but Thermite is supposed to burn fast and EXTREMELY HOT - melt Smasher-level borgs to slag type hot) with the whole blast area persistently burning for the duration (which would balance the killing power, as you need to think when you can safely use thermite without cutting yourself off for like half a minute just standing there and waiting till the corridor stops being ablaze lol)

Hello Everyone! So I was playing NMS and found a tech that was worth quite a bit. Then it hit me, I wanted the game to allow me to deconstruct/ destroy the tech/ item and by doing so learning the recipe for it. Is there any mod out there like it or does anyone have the knowledge to make a mod like this? :)

Oblivion can't even reach the Main Menu

I installed a ton of mods into the game and it seemed to work at first when i had a few. But when i closed NMM and restarted it a popup came up saying it couldn't find the mods Cava Obsura and HGEC sexy armor replacer. I can start the launcher and use the options and data files but when I start it it crashes with out even reaching the credits. I've tried everything but I can't find the problem. I really need help this problem has been plaguing me for weeks. -
Are there any PC experts here? I have been trying to get mods on skyrim for years and its never worked. I recently started using the new mod organizer and it still doesnt work. Only the menu and HUD mods work. But no other mod even shows up in the mods menu or actually in game. Ive always had this problem.

I've been attempting to install MGSO with some extra mods for Morrowind, and it installs fine, but when I click 'play' on the launcher, it freezes up. I've installed MGSO both standalone and with mods and it's worked fine both times. I really want a fix. If anyone could help me, or if I need to give more information, please let me know! I read from the MGSO FAQ that a possible fix is to use the 186 verison of MGE instead of XE, but I did that and it still didn't work.

Hello everyone, Recently my Skyrim has been having this issue where I can't hear NPC's talking or see their lips moving. It isn't the same issue where some people can't hear the NPC if they directly look at them. No matter what way I'm facing them I can't hear them. I can still hear music and wolves growling. This did happen after I installed nexus mod manager along with some mods. I deleted the mods and ended up uninstalling the mod manager. It's my fault for installing too many mods at once lol :geek:. I would like to install the mod manager again and be able to use mods but right now I'm just trying to get vanilla to work. Does anyone know a fix?

I was thinking, Fallout 4 has the potential for the above in spades. Perhaps it will need G.E.C.K / FO4SE. I loved these kinds of modes in Minecraft, and really cant stand playing that game with out them. I'm hoping you mod wizards feel the same. The skill needed here is beyond my ability so I appeal to the powers that be. It blows me away the mods that where made for FO3 / Skyrim / Oblivion / Morrowind. I get excited thinking what will be wrought in FO4. I was picturing machines, factories, nuclear reactors, waist water plants, desalination, big pharma factories, maybe even industrial farming. and a F** cement factory lol. *cough*. Oh and better power management ( wires an the like ) Anyway, here's hoping it would be popular enough to do, and someone champions the cause.

I need help solving this problem. I have recently reinstalled skyrim along with a lot of mods but can not seem to find out the reason why it crashes when I enter cities or outdoors. I cleaned the mods with TES5 but can not fix the nav mesh files. I do not own any of the skyrim DLC, so I unchecked all mods that require them. EDIT : I crash randomly when i'm outdoors. Ok, I am getting ready to start my first ever playthrough on MorrowWind and I definitely need help because I know aboslutely nothing about what to expect in the game, below is a list of mods but I am missing a lot I know. http://snag.gy/5jzGr.jpg What I need is a few companions / followers, 3-4 good ones please lol, A house, a weapon compilation and/or an armor compilation, and maybe a few ( 2-3 ) game changing mods like effects ( like frostfall for skyrim ), and lastly a monster mod. I think once I have all that I will be all set for my first playthrough of MW :D PS: Please definitely let me know if I am missing anything critical like fixes or patches, thanks.

Real Car Mod Well, I realized that the carriages had physics and, well, I was asking if it's possible for the carriage to be dragged by an invisible or non-existant horse. I had the idea from the SRM Companion cart and the touring carriages mod. If possible, I'd like dwemer style cart powered by fire salts (mileage of about 30 km/pinch of firesalts) , so apothecaries would actually be used as gas stations of sorts. It's gonna be great if there's steam particles coming out of the side exhausts. Kinda like the exhaust pipes of the optimus prime truck thingy near the windshield. I was thinking steampunk. Anyway, if it's possible to make a self moving cart without the help of a horse, (I think it's buggy if horses are involved.) How about adding some thrusters or something at the back. I mean, I know this is a physics game, it should be possible.. Possibly hard. I can edit sounds (I already have machine sounds in my database) and also I could do texturing. But for scripting and modeling, I can't help you there. Also, this will be the first mod project I will undertake in Skyrim/TES. I've been modding GTA for a while now, but not skyrim, so please bear with me being a simpleton at this undertaking. I've checked the tutorials and the FAQS and I got nothing, so here goes--- ""The masters for some plugins (esp/esm) are not enabled. The game will crash unless you install and enable the following plugins: dD - Enhanced Blood Main.esp ""This is my problem, after re installing various types of the above mod^ nothing changed, and even uninstalling it changed nothing. Any ideas?

I recently bought Oblivion because it went for sale on Steam. When I launch it the menus flicker, I will provide a video link. I did have Oblivion and Morrowind and tried to get Morroblivion and remember having this issue. I can't remember if it was happening before or after I installed mods including Morroblivion. I have went through and think I have all the old files deleted. I have also uninstalled Oblivion and re-installed. I can upload a video if necessary. Also the flickering has black rectangles behind the words on the menu and then some elements of the menu disappear and reappear very rapidly. Thanks. Hello, recently I've been having issues with Oblivion and I'm not sure what caused whether it's a recent mod addition or what. I use Wrye Bash for load order and I am always so careful to make sure the mods I have don't conflict with one another, and I honestly don't have very many. I also use Pinnacle Game Profiler to use controls on an Xbox 360 controller, not sure if it's relevant or not but I want to give as much information as possible. Anyway, how the game crashes is once I load my save game it runs normal for 2-3 minutes, nice and smooth. Then all of a sudden it jumps to my desktop and the game windows itself as if it alt-tabbed for me, and I can't get back in the way I normally do when I switch applications. The music continues to play in the background when I try to "Switch to.." in task manager but it remains windowed and unresponsive. My computer has handled the game perfectly well for the duration of the time that I've played it and I've never had this issue before. I can't even fight a few goblins before it does this. I've tried reloading a new save, starting a new game, fast travelling, running to different locations, caves, etc., but I don't know what is causing it to do this. I would really love some assistance, this is making the game unplayable! I installed BOSS to make sure the mods were in correct load order, and after that is when the game started doing this so I promptly uninstalled it thinking that BOSS and Wrye Bash conflicted when loading the game but it's still doing it. IN APX_spells once I do an animation as soon as My character stops the animation there is no combat at all (I cannot hit with weapons and cannot cast magic spells and to be able to perform combat I have to exit to desktop please help

Can someone make a mod that disables Technology Overload? Someone has made a tech stacking mod already, however it's outdated and there's a permanent zoom in effect that comes with it. Two Questions Is there anything specific that you should look for in a video card when considering modding Skyrim? Is the CPU a more important component for gaming and/or modding? Details & Further Questions I'm thinking about upgrading my video card, but I'm not an expert on the topic and so I'm seeking advice. I currently have a 'GeForce GTX 660 Ti' which has served me well; I can play Skyrim and any other game without issues for the most part. I have a larger budget than my prior days and so I'm considering a possible upgrade. However, I'm uncertain on whether or not I actually need an upgrade. The card has served me well as I already mentioned, but if there is a better card on the market then I'll be very interested. Is it smart to purchase a card now? or will there be a card released in the nearby future that would prove to be a much smarter purchase? I have a 'Intel® Core i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz' and I'm wondering whether or not it's more important to upgrade this. Hell, can you even replace the CPUs on a computer, or do you have to buy a completely new PC? Is this a more important, or significant aspect of gaming? Is this a more important, or significant aspect of modding? I'm only considering upgrading one aspect of my computer right now, but if I have to do both then let it be. I ran the 'System Requirements' website for 'The Witcher 3' and I was alarmed at the fact that my video card was apparently fine for that specific game, but my CPU was not. Taking 'The Witcher 3' into account; I'll probably upgrade my CPU rather than my video card, but I still have many questions. (I'd appreciate if links were provided for specific computer components that I can purchase. I rather spend around 400-650$ or less (for each component), but more than that is fine giving enough reason.)

I just got the Elder Scrolls Collection and while I'm going to play the game once in vanilla, I'm already looking at mods. I see the gun mods, and it looks like Iron sights isn't happening, correct? But it is what it is. I'm coming from fairly extensive experience with Fallout 3 and New Vegas, so may be referencing things not appropriate for Skyrim. Bear with me. OK, the questions are as follows: Interface: 1. Is there a mod that adds local maps? For Dungeons Especially 2. Are there item and resource highlight functions and/or spell mods? Something that highlights Ore Veins, equipment on the ground? I'm basically looking for a Skyrim version of a mod like this: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/15276/? Gun Mods 1. Any remotely lore friendly (flintlock level or thereabouts) gun mods that equip NPCs? Yes, I enjoy gunplay a lot, and I'd like to keep it mostly fair 2. Any Gun mods with a scope sight? I mean you aim and the it enters a scope view. I realize the animations are limited, so I figure if a scope sight is possible it would take care of those problems. 3. Are these gun mods actually behaving like guns in terms of having muzzle velocity such that I don't have to worry about the arching. Archery Mod: 1. Is there a mod that helps estimate where an arrow is going to fall? I've been killed WAY too many times by Giants I thought I was pecking to death only to find they hadn't taken ANY damage!I'm willing to learn but without better metrics than miss or didn't miss, I'm at a loss as to how. Technology mods: I'm interested in anything that adds to the tech level of a medieval game. I saw this train and ships mod and I was floored, too bad the trains don't run between towns I do appriciate the Dark Age/early Byzantine feel the vanilla game has, but I'm a sucker for anything that would push the game closer to Arcanum and Dishonored. And yes, I'm getting the Gift of the Outsider Mod right now. Thank you for your time.
