This will be a fairly detailed post, so please don't feel like you must read all of it in order to help. I simply posted as much information as I could in order to better assist those who may want to provide aid. I've been doing quite a bit of testing and tweaking and I feel like I've got a handle of most of the tweaks I could possibly do to improve my system performance, but I still can't seem to figure out this issue, which is that my GPU has constantly low usage, resulting in low FPS. I've done many test runs with Skyrim Performance Monitor, and it reports about an average of 30 for interiors, 40-45 for cities, and 60-65 for exteriors, which each area increasing in framerate along with the GPU usage. CPU usage is also consistently low, but it doesn't seem to be tied to my framerate much. VRAM and RAM are both consistently high ( 3200MB interior 5500MB exterior for VRAM, RAM usually is about the same as VRAM). I initally thought that this must be related to the VRAM limit since I'm using Windows 10, but after updating to Insider Build 16232 (this build fixes the DX9 issues for those unaware still), I still have extremely low GPU usage. Stability has increased, however, and I stutter a lot less since updating. I do know that this is tied to GPU usage, seeing as whenever my GPU usage does decide to go higher, my FPS increases significantly. Does anyone know what could be causing this? Hardware: Software: Load Order: skyrim.ini: skyrimprefs.ini: skse.ini: enblocal.ini: Additional Notes: To anyone who has made it to the end of this post or is willing to lend a helping hand, thank you very much. Your help is extremely appreciated.

Hello, I have been having problems playing and streaming skyrim because of it's very high cpu usage. I have tried looking everywhere for people with this problem and had no luck. I have tried running a computer scan using 3 different anti virus programs to make sure i didn't have a virus using my system. This is the only game i am having problems with high cpu usage. I run quite a few mods but it should not be using 90-100% cpu usage. A friend has a i7 at 3.2ghz with mods on skyrim and playing and streaming only using ~35% cpu usage. He said it could be a problem with the game setting maybe in the skyrim.ini or prefs? Any suggestions or anyone have this problem?

Anyone know a good way to lower my VRam usage other than disabling Anti-Aliasing or using a texture optimizer? I have 2GB of VRam and it's still maxing out, O.o Here's my BOSS Log.

Hey there, I currently want to mod some sort of "Azura's Star" for Enderal (Total Conversion of Skyrim). Yet as Enderal uses a scripted soul trap spell to avoid the well-known bug of soul gems loosing their filling I actually wanted to continue on that. Furthermore, if I use the keyword "ReusableSoulgem" on a filled Azura's Star and try to recharge an enchanted weapon, the game crashes. Yet it works, when I use an unfilled Azura's Star but I don't like that you can loose the fill level of the gem, when you drop the item. Furthermore I would like that the soul gem can hold creature AND NPC souls. Which actually works very well by having a script that simply removes the empty Azura's Star and adds a filled one, with the proper level. Yet... If I use that one, it surely disappears as I cannot use the keyword as I don't want the game to crash. ^^ Is there any other possibility to check if the player uses a specific soul gem? That's my current script for the magic effect Soul Trap. It perfectly avoids that bug of the regular soul trap effect, where you loose your filling of the gem, when you drop it. Yet... "SiraSoulbender" is that Azura's Star clone but simply get's removed either, when used like a regular soul gem. And by using an unfilled Soulbender with the "ReusableSoulgem" keyword to make it not disappear after usage, the issue with the lost filling and not being able to attach NPC souls is present. So basically it sounds easy. I just want the game to know when I used any type of Soulbender to recharge a weapon and give it then back to the player. But as you cannot attach a script to a soul gem I am a bit clueless. I appreciate any help. Thank you and kindest regards.

I just wanted to know if such a mod exists? i couldn't find anything on nexus that looks like it, but it might be out there, just not easy to find. might make it myself, if it isn't already out there. the idea i think someone might have gotten and made before now, but well i just don't see how it's realistic that aiming the crossbow would tired one out, i mean it's like a gun of sorts, you just hold it, there is no steady aim and it has annoyed me ever since i got dawnguard. would also like to know if there was a mod that made it so that you use less stamina on shooting arrows with regular bows, idk i just find it a pain to wait for stamina to regen when fighting a dragon, even when i have plenty of it, i just end up using to much too fast on just aiming the bow. well any help is appreciated.
