First of all, i am impress by big number of working mods for Oblivion remastered, i am hard to impress but you doing as community great work. I had this idea for a long , long , long time. Oblivion Cyrodiil civil war mod suggestion So after finishing all major quests for mage, fighter, main quests, thiefs, dark brotherhood. A window should pop up: "You receive message from the High Chancellor Ocato" The player open items finds letter from Ocato: "Dear hero , The Empire again in trouble, as we speak major cyrodiil cities gathering troops and preparing to battle each other for the throne of emperor. You as hero of cyrodiil should decide fate of our lands, i hope you decide wise, be advise all legions around cyrodiil were recalled to imperial city for defense." So Hero after this have ability to speak to any count/ess of cyrodill which would follow to this Here to speak to the count/ess with following dialogs Hero: I want to know why you want independence NPC: Hero of Cyrodill , we wont pay taxes to imperial scum, join our fight! Hero presented with 2 option to say yes or no IF here hero answer yes, that the city becomes his hq and in all other cities his attacked by the guard without fines and jail option. After hero selected the city , hero decide which other city to attack. Each city would have unique abilities and armor. The battle in and outside city should be possible , max npc usage for battle , that should be adjustable , since nobody have same hardware specs. After each battle new count selected , the mod ends when hero "free" all cities and the attacks imperial city, imperial city should have option to surrender or to stand ground , that's decide upon amount of conquered cities. This is simple draft, but you got an idea. Additionally this mod can include like stealth missions, diplomacy missions, trade missions, resource gathering missions, event election mission , because at some point maybe some cities prefer to have not count but rather a republic type of government. So like some fixed amount of cities decide to have region government and other part stick to imperial city. So what do you think what is possible, that's probably would require a lot of time and dedication do create such mod , but we got working Oblivion remastered and there AI as help. My estimation, if 5 people team would probably complete this mod around 1 to 2 years depending on the schedule and monetary support by community if it make sense.

I have seen the mod, pay your respects and the idea seemed very good, I don't know if there is any similar mod, but for example with the "second great war" mod fighting against the aldmeri dominion, it occurred to me that it would be a good addition to be able to place objects, such as pieces of armor, amulets, etc., of those who fell in battle, in their commemoration. Perhaps at the place of death, or in a city depending on which side you are fighting for?

Ragnarok Have you ever felt Skyrim's Nord's portrayal of culture was... Lackluster? Nords are a direct emulation of Norse and Nordic people outside of Skyrim, Norsemen are a group of people who inhabited the Scandinavian regions. And none of those anime supermodel hairs... :ohmy: Complete overhaul of Skyrim's soundtrack, to fully be immersed and to experience the Nord people you need to listen to there beautiful music. (Before i begin i would like to say that this is not something i have completed yet do to skyrim not letting me save, start new games, or load sadly, though that is for another post, this is my plans for the ultimate skyrim experiance using a few good mods and some imagination\RP lol) i have been thinking to myself, Not Only is the dragonborn the only hero strong enough to save tamriel, but all the septims shared the dragonblood(they were all dragonborn) so here is my plan, step 1: after becoming dragonborn i shall save the world ect.ect.. and gain lots of love from the population of skyrim, step 2: than i shall join the imperial legion and rise through the ranks(thus gaining influence within the legions of the empire). step 3: I Shall Slay Ulfric and Merry The Future High Queen of skyrim Elisif the fair And Gain the Rights to the throne(Using the mod: Become High King Of Skyrim V2). step 4: i shall take some time to improve things in skyrim but also try and gain friendship\influence within the empire(set up trade, help secure borders, and poke around in imperial poltics) all while slowly building up skyrim's own standing army and better economy. step 5: During the stage of rebuilding in skyrim, i shall join the dark brotherhood and work contracts in between political nonsense untill i get my hands on emperor Tidus mede II, who shall than be dead, during the political chaos of the elder council trying to find an heir(which tidus does not have) i shall let my influence and network of spys and gents grow.. step 6: during all this i shall also be building up and reforming the legendary Knights of the nine, and when the time is right i shall publicly anounce they're existence as one of the great Knight Orders of Skyrim, this will infuriate the Thalmor, and they will try to do something about it, once they do war will break out, the elder council may try to renounce skyrim or something, but my agents will take care of things in cyrodil, and i shall close the borders, the 4th legion under commmand of general Tullius will be forced to stay in Skyrim(where he is basicly stationed anyway) i admit that things will be awkward in the political sphere but it will work out lol(i may have to use bend will on tullius or something like that) step 7: i will wage war against the invading thalmor army, with the power of the thu'um, the newly formed knights of the nine(which will be made up of heroes like Mjoll the lioness and other such characters) the upgraded and now well funded army of skyrim(i can make lots 'o gold in this game lol) the members of the grey wolf company(from the Mercenary War Gear Mod) and Even Dragons and powerful Battle mages, we shall defend skyrim from the invading armys(there are 4 in total). Step 8: once the Dominion has been ousted from skyrim, we shall Declare the Northern Empire(without proper leadership, and my agents messing everything up the elder council will be powerless to stop me, especially since there armys have been weakened by the civil war and the dominion conquest beforehand) once my new empire has been formed, i shall go east to hammerfell, we shall offer them simple terms: Skyrim's Armys shall use all they're power to rid hammerfell of the dominion, whilst supporting the Rebel Redguard forces(Weapons, armour, a bit of funding, things like that.) on the condition that hammerfell joins the new empire(basicly as said in the lore they decided that they could take the thalmor if they had a coalition with the empire, but tidus chose to surrender, with the new offer they will rid of the thalmor and supported by better emperor, who pretty much agrees with them) after the political side of things has been dealt with, the joint forces of Skyrim, and hammerfell shall rid the land of the dominion!(i would be concerned about the bretons, but than i remembered that highrock's economy is bad, they have only a small army, and famine and other wonderful things that makes it hard for them to fight, so we'll do something similar with them) step 9: i shall than make the same offer to cyrodil, so long as they Declare me Emperor of Tamriel!(also using some other mods i will re-forge the amulet of kings[or a replica with similar propertys] which will look cool and make me look more like a true king\Emperor[i shall forge it in the skyforge and spread random tales about it lol]) and than once cyrodil is mine, i shall turn my attention to elswyr and valenwood, or defending cyrodil\hammerfel from the thalmor once more. if anyone has any ideas to contribute or have spotted any flaws within the plan(there a lot lol but it's mods so i can work something out lol) or just tell me what you think! (it would make an amazing mod i know that :laugh:)

I'm currently playing through Fallout: A Tale of Two Wastelands and I've been having a blast! For added immersion, I've been using a few mods: Solid Project adds some chem animations, a hand when interacting with doors or grabbing items, sprint, putting your hands down while falling and a few other things. Enhanced camera. And WAR Weapon Animation Replacers. Now, here's my impasse: if I disable the experimental third person arms, everything in Solid Project works great, all of the animation overlays play and everything's great! Plus, I think that melee weapons look a lot better without experimental third person arms. The only problem is that I love the experimental third person arms! Even more so with the Weapon Animation Replacers! unfortunately, none of the overlays from solid project show up and the melee looks like garbage :( I did find out that if I enable true first person iron sights in the ini file for Enhanced Camera AND I'm holding the button for iron sights that it'll show the overlays from Solid Project for picking up items and opening doors, however, no matter what I try the chem animations won't play at all. So my question is this, would there be any way to make it so that I could toggle experimental third person arms in game? Even better would there be a way to make it happen automatically when I interact with doors, pick up items or use a melee weapon? And, if so, how would I be able to go about doing it? I'll admit that my knowledge of modding is lacking or I'd gladly try to make a patch or something. Regardless, I thank you in advance for your time!!

So I am aware there are some mods out there that allow you to play a female character with a war background instead of the vanilla "lawyer" one. I have one of them and love it. I am also aware that there are mods out there that restores cut content from Piper's Interview ( I have on of them too ) ... but the cut content mod(s) for Piper's Interview don't allow you to play as a female character and get the "War Veteran" part of the interview (they only allow for the vanilla "lawyer part") I was wondering if there was a mod available that allowed you to play as a female war veteran and get the war veteran part of Piper's Interview....... Unfortunately the Cut Content Mod and War Veteran Mod I have aren't compatible. =( If there aren't any available is it possible for someone to make one? Any help would be much appreciated. Or advise on how to do it myself.... I am new to the Fallout 4 Creation Kit and i'm still learning the basics. Cheers Xycote

So I am currently starting another play through of Skyrim and I wanted to install the Civil War Overhaul mod, but when I went to the nexus page it has been removed for some reason. If someone has the mod could you please send it to me in a Dropbox or something similar because I really want this mod, and can someone explain why it was taken down?

I haven't posted much on these forums in fact it is only my second post. I don't normally post on these kinds of things, but I thought this was worth it. Fallout 4's armor mod scene is not the greatest in my mind we have all kinds of great weapon mods and graphical mods and even some good quest mods, but the armor portion is lackluster. First off we don't have that many new unique armor mods and the ones we do get are just slooty armors (which I personally don't understand why they are so popular and I know I'm not the only one who thinks that). There is a great opportunity for creators to make some amazing armors that I think a big portion of the community would thoroughly enjoy. One of my personal requests would have to be world war 1 style armors they just have a unique vibe to them and it would be really cool to have some more gas masks than the 3 bland gas masks that are in the vanilla game. Anyway thanks for reading this request/rant and please comment if you agree and share some armor mods you would like to see

I have thought in an interasanting quest mod that would be cool in Skyrim, something like God of War series. Of course gods' names will have to be changed, something like that: - Zeus / Lorkhan - Chronos / Akatosh - Hades / Arkay - Hera / Mara - Ares / Mehrunes Dagon - Hermes / Zenithar - Athena / Julianos - Eleos / Stendarr - Aphrodite / Dibella - Hercules or Perseus / Talos - Apolo / Azura - Artemis / Hircine - Dionysos / Sheogorath And the story could be something like: Lorkhan, the forgotten god, have returned, and he want revenge from Akatosh for have taken your position among the another gods. This battle causes a civil war among the divines and daedric princes, and the player have to choose whose side are he on But could be too something like: After dragons and the civil war, Mehrunes have become stronger than ever, and now he want revenge and the dominion of Tamriel I personally prefer so much the first. So many weapons and armors could be added, and this would be the best mod ever!

I think some battlefield 1 style armors would be sweet in New Vegas. It would be cool to have some of the elite class armors from battlefield 1 and some more traditional armors of world war 1. Comment and share if you think this would be cool.

Okay guys, I had a mod back in the day that was like a war summon type mod. You could summon things like Orc Warriors, Palace Guards, Legion, Vampires, Argonians, Bandit, Elf Archers and such. But the thing was that they would actually follow you. But I can't for the life of me remember the name of the mod or find it. I've found similar mods but the summon sizes are too large and some don't even follow you. This one was just right and perfect for me. If anyone can help me it would be very helpful.

First edit PART 1 (Freindly Faction changes) My initial idea for this mod was to bring back some of the true RPG elements of fallout, with a less run and gun feel while keeping it relevant. My biggest target is pointless violence. Example, Why do the Gunner's waste ammunition of one guy who does not make them any money. Them being mercenaries for hire. Also the quest possibilities for this faction are insane to just to think of locations and characters the Gunner's have. Examples, scrap, weapon production, metal( aluminum, steel) This will work in the form of scav tables worked by settlers. Build only 3 per settlement. Offers hundreds of items per day per station. This will work with conquest mod to adding based on surrounding area a item to be harvested. Now your saying but dude that's to op and will ruin the game. Now wait. Part 4 (War) - settlements that have stock piles of resources will be raided by enemy and Waring factions for their booty and can even capture the settlements completely. Taking over production and construct their own style of buildings(not Destroying yours) example super mutant hordes will build spikes and gut bags for all the new dead settlers they've killed. Conquesting factions will run rampant across the common wealth. Warring for reasources of for the sake of war (super mutants). Alliances will be forged money and reasources will change hands if wars are going one way for a faction. The commonwealth population (random spawns) will reflect current powerful enemies and allies. Be as evil and coniving as you wish. Or try to bring the commonwealth together. But remember not all people will ever get along. Epic tower defence like seiges with many new seiges equipments and fortifications. - mini nuke artillery (single + mirv + emp) - concret bunkers - manned machine gun emplacements - Tanks... Prolly not Unique faction npc commanders to barter with. Trading reasources, weapons, men, settlements. Peaceful & aggeresive tactics. Large scale settlement warfare. 50v50 Generated enemy fortifications. Who wants to see this mod? What would you add to this concept? I really sick of seeing people just say hey make me a cool automatic rifle. I'm bored with the mods coming out of the workshop these days.

This is a simple request. When you search Nexus there´s a retex of every armor, even armors that are garbage anyway, except for one, so please, someone make a good re texture of the Tullius´ Armor. It´s an awesome armor and I can´t understand how no one has made a good retex of it. Nothing insane, no new elements added to it, just the same armor but with a better texture. I would appreciate it so much.

Hey guys, Not sure if something like this is out or is in the works but I thought Id say my ideas. Just as a side note I have never made a mod, so have no idea what is difficult/possible. My idea is a conquest or settlement capture overhaul. So imagine at least two factions, the player is part of one faction and an A.I is another. Each faction is fighting for control over the commonwealth and this is done by capturing settlements. Each settlement has a point value to it, and the player must gain up to an X amount of points to attack the enemy capital. The mod would start out by the player picking the capital settlement for his/her faction. These settlements would be the bigger settlements such as the castle or Sanctuary. Then the player could pick out little customization things for their faction such as the colors, name, motto, and fighting style. After the player chooses their setup, they will be able to start taking over the commonwealth. By using caps to purchase and build up their base, they will be able to install fortifications, defenses, and resource collectors. Once they purchase enough troops they are able to attack a nearby settlement. Unless the enemy faction has conquered the settlement, the player will be facing raiders or another misc enemy. Settlement sieges will be run by the count of enemy vs. friendly units. Once one of the sides are drained to zero, the opposite side wins the settlement. Each settlement will also have bonuses attached to them. For example one settlement may allow the player to build artillery support at their captured settlements. Another huge part of this mod would be the economy of war. War is very expensive. You will have to pay for all of your troops, food, fortifications, fuel, ammunition, and other misc expenses. The player may earn caps through traditional ways, and/or earn tax from captured settlements. If the players faction's supply of caps runs out that is another way to loose. This however also goes for the enemy. You may win the game by using guerrilla tactics to destroy expensive installations of your enemy and drain their funds to zero. I do have many more ideas but I think you get the picture of what I am imagining for a mod like this. I do not intend to mod this myself, because I am far too busy and have no idea how to mod. However, If somebody would like to make this a mod and want more ideas then feel free to contact me.

Pretty self explanatory. The idea is to give players the ability to pick up bodys and throw them (like you can in Duse Ex: Invisible War) If anyone can make this a reality, i'd loose bowel function! Hey I just started long war and i was wondering if the long war mod is compatible with the slingshot content pack dlc? I bought all the dlc's for Xcom EU after playing through it but nothing in game has popped up about starting the dlc :(

All right I have a totally awesome idea for a mod it's called Custom Factions. basically how you create your own faction is if the happiness is high enough in your settlement you can create a faction, you will get to name the faction, set it so that your soldiers either always were power armor or sometimes were power armor or never were power armor, upload or make your own logo, set the color of your flag/banner, set what weapons your soldiers will use if you want them to use specific weapons, and even set what other factions your faction is allied to like the Brotherhood of steel, the Minutemen, the Railroad, or the Institute, you can also set minor factions as allies aswell like the Gunners, the Raiders, the Triggermen, the Children Of Atom, or the Atom Cats, aswell as DLC factions like the Rust Devils, the ally system has lots of benefits such as your allies will aid you when your settlements are under attack aswell as give you supplies, you may also ally with other custom factions, you can also set the color of your power armor whether it be a custom paintjob or a default paintjob, and you can also side with you faction at the end of the game and the other factions your allied to will determine what ending you get like if your allied to the institute some synths will aid your soldiers in the final battle, but what factions your allied to will also make any enemies of that faction hate you like if your allied with the institute you cant ally with the Brotherhood or the railroad but if you ally with the Minutemen no one will hate you so there basically a neutral ally, you can also set your faction members attire, you will also get your factions flag as a decoration item for your settlements, you can set radio stations as your factions official radio station or you can make your own radio station with your favorite songs, mod support like the robot defenses mod, weapon mods, aswell as radio mods, have your soldiers be able to use Vertibirds, as an ending if you side with your faction and if you are enemies with the Brothehood of Steel you are able to take the Prydwen, prisoners of war will be a thing say your soldiers are battling while you are adventuring you have a chance of getting a notice saying the battle was successful and that your soldiers have taken prisoners and you will be asked what to do. that's all the ideas I have for now for the mod if you want to suggest ideas for the mod be my guest. thank you for reading hopefully a modder will be able to make this idea a reality.

I love the Tundra Defense mod, but have always wanted a more organic way of conquering Skyrim For those who don’t know, Tundra Defense is a brilliant mod which allows you to build and improve a base, all while defending it from raiders. My idea is to apply this to the holds of Skyrim, instead of one target (the well), all of the thrones are the targets of interest. When the player begins the game, he/she will be prompted to take control of a hold, either by killing the Jarl and Steward or gaining the favor of the hold (become thane, then help three people) after which the player can intimidate the Jarl to step down. After conquering his/her first hold, the player chooses a representative for that hold (if possible, any follower) which serves as a target for enemies, talking to the representative will allow the player to buy guards/soldiers, change taxes, or decide his/her allegiance. (Stormcloak, Imperial, Independent) Taxes will be the way of making money and taxes that are too high can increase the chances of a raid on a hold. Allegiance will be important, picking Stormcloak will make you an enemy of the imperials and give you a bonus of coin daily from Ulfric and vice versa for choosing Imperial. Choosing Independent will not only forfeit a bonus but make you an enemy of both sides. If the player decides to take a side after initially being independent he/she must pay a fine of 1000 coin times the number of days since the player’s initial decision. Guards can be placed (stationary) inside holds to defend against raids (When a raid hits a hold and he player is not present the computer calculates the number of guards, vanilla or modded, against the number of raiders to generate a victory. If that is not do able then simply adding a time of 48 hours to respond could also work.) If the player is present then he/she and the guards must kill the raiders and keep the representative alive. Soldiers are grouped together into one of three companies, A company, B company, C company. These can be given orders via dialog with their commanders (chosen follower), Follow me, wait here, Attack (chose hold) and Defend (chose hold). Attack (chose hold) will tell the company to attack a hold of the player’s choosing, after which the siege will begin on the hold for 48 hours, if the player doesn’t respond then the computer calculates the battle based on the size of the company and defending hold. If the player is present, commander and soldiers will spawn at the front gates and attempt to kill the guards, then the Jarl and Steward or the Representative. Defend (chose hold) will bolster a holds defenses and physically move the commander to the hold of choice. When under attack while the player is present, soldiers in the company will spawn off the commander and act as guards until the fight is over, then if alive will disable until the next battle. The player’s next task will be to conquer another hold by similar means and so on until all holds are conquered completing the mod. The catch is that raids will become more and more intense as you gain holds. The goal of raids, is to first kill the guards, then the player’s representative (the player can flee at any time, forfeiting the battle). Once the player’s Representative is killed the hold is assumed lost, but the raiders will still attempt to kill the player if present. When a hold is lost and the player is not present or escapes the raiders, a Stormcloak or Imperial Representative will spawn. They will not attack the player if he is in their hold, only if he is in the Representatives personal space. Future updates could include adding some MCM options controlling the size, level and frequency of raids, options for guard/soldier inventory, Options for Company size possibly a leveling system similar to that of Guild Starter.

Skyrim is a rather expansive location, and since its release in 2011 we have seen mods made in every part of Skyrim and its DLC's. One location that I feel has been well and truly over looked is Blackreach. One of the coolest locations, and yet there has not been much done in the way of quest mods. This is my idea in a nut shell. The Dragonborn has recovered the Elder Scroll, but as he ventures onward something calls him back. An ancient presence demanding retribution for what the Falmer have done to this once great city, but to do this the Dragon Born needs help. Assemble a fighting force and take the ancient Dwemer ruin of blackreach. Once the city is yours, then comes the time to rebuild and colonize the underground ruins. Set up shops, establish trade, bring in settlers, exc. This could also include mining the mineral wealth from the stones, and finding the ancient secrets buried in the ruins. Fund the reconstruction project, find experts, build up your power base. Soon you gain the attention of those who want to take Blackreach for their own. The Thalmer, or some other organization. While they can not invade Skyrim directly yet, they wish to use Blackreach as a staging point to build up their forces, harness the magics of Blackreach, and then skyrim. They first come and try to use diplomacy to get you out, but when that fails they choose to starve you out by blocking all enterances and exits to blackreach. How to resolve this could include finding an ancient tunnel/portal that you might have been finding clues to. Maybe even the ancient force that called him to begin with helps him. Once you are out you could then reach out to any allies you might have. Maybe even require you to take over the Guilds in skyrim. The Companions, Mages Guild, Thieves Guild, Dark Brotherhood, and perhaps which ever faction you sided with in the Dawnguard DLC. Build another force to battle the Talmer and break the blockade. Also the Blackreach Train mod would be interesting to use for this, or as an attachment. I know Skyrim is not as relevant to modders as Fallout 4 is, but I think this DLC sized mod would be fantastic. UPDATE: This could also be a good opportunity to explain that random Dragon contained in the Blackreach sphere.

You are the Dragonborn! You're a legendary figure in Skyrim! A war hero, the legendary Stormblade/ a famous Legate! You are in a great army and one of the highest ranking members in skyrim on either side, so how come you can't recruit or train people? How come new recruits can only go to Solitude or Windhelm to join a side? What I request is a mod that adds Stormcloak/Legion recruiting centers in all the large cities (Whiterun, Solitude, Windhelm, Riften, ect)! And not only that but you can be one of the recruiting officers! Train soldiers for the Stormcloaks or Legion, and make an elite squad for you to lead! Some modder please take this idea into consideration, I'm sure it could be a very big hit for all those civil war junkies like me! Good day all! I am going through the process of designing and beging the work for a new large scale mod. The idea is that the NCR is expanding up into the Oregon/Washington region. The courier was hired to bring a message from Sandy Shores up to the expedition regarding a new and potentially threatening faction in the are known as the Canadian Republic. It will the couriers job to run the message to the unit through the overgrown cities of the northwest(or not) and resolve the new hightened tensions against a new faction and fight against new enemies. With imaginary mod that has been released for skyrim that im gratefull. Thousand of them already used and made everyday. Just a selfish request so it can made my day. Can i be undead king like overlord anime? With summon skill and their base? Seriously i never saw anyone became skeleton than using bouncing you know what..
