  1. I've tried to install the SSE Engine bug fixes that require Microsoft Visual Runtime for Visual Studio 2019. While the game runs fine without vcrun2019 installed, I've discovered that it needs to be installed on the specific winefix installed for the game by proton. So, I use protontricks to install vcrun2019 for the skyrim special edition wineprefix. However, as soon as I launch the game, the SKSE terminal immediately closes after opening. After I uninstall vcrun2019, I still get the same result? Am I using a version of proton that is messing up the installation of vcrun2019, or is this a linux/wine problem with installing vcrun2019 with specific proton games? I feel like I'm stuck with windows for the best modded skyrim experience. OS: Arch Linux (5.15-lts) CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 GPU: RX 6700xt RAM: 16gb 3200mhz Proton: GE-7.20 Game: Skyrim Special Edition (1.6+)
  2. Hi all, So I'm about at my wits end. I'm experiencing a CTD that seems a bit...odd. It's almost entirely random, and centred around trading. I first noticed it in Whiterun, trading with one of the market stalls: I tried to buy Wine, and the game CTDd. Odd. Since then I've found this seems to happen if I buy wine from traders - but not all of the time. It seems to be almost random, I've no idea why. So since, I've been trying to figure out why- disabling mods in sequence and testing, then retesting and retesting again, always with the same result: No Dice. Sometimes the game will seem like it's fixed, or it'll fool me to thinking I've narrowed down the problem to a few mods, but it'll just be a trick: It'll just occur again during retesting. I'm not too keen on starting all over again at this point, but realise I might just have to. I just can't seem to figure this out.
  3. Does anyone have any idea what happened to to the WATER Happy Holidays mod? It mysteriously disappeared and no one seems to have addressed this. Is the mod author perhaps updating the mod? Link to mod page: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/2616/?
  4. Will the upcoming DLC/Addon break a mooded game? I know there will be patches and stuff and I want to know if the new patches and the addon will corrupt saves and break the game or if the mods previously installed simply stop functioning. would be cool if someone could clear this up.
  5. Hi guys Is there any mod that improves the shadows' mechanics especially in B&W ? I've just started blood and wine, just ended that chat with locals in the cockatrice's inn, as i went out i found the first notice board and i noticed that the shadows above the notice board are loaded only when i get very close to it, while same shadows disappear as i get 2 meters far from the notice board. Any mod that loads the shadows starting from higher distances? I read on a mod that changing CascadeShadowDistanceScale0=1 to =5 should do the trick But all I got from this is the Shadow setting going to Low (while i had it on extreme) and problem stays unsolved. Suggestions or mod about this?
  6. Hello, There are a good number of people who run Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas under Mac OS X, using the program called Wine. I can run Fallout 3 at the same speeds on my Macbook Pro that it runs on the PC. However, it is harder to get the mod managers running under the Wine tool. This is mainly due to the requirement of the .net framework begin installed. FOMM requires at least the 2.0 version, and Nexus Mod Manager required 3.5 sp 1 version of .net. It is relatively difficult to install .net under Wine WHILE at the same time running the game. To install FOMM properly, you have to not install what is known as "mono", a key component of Wine. And .net 3.5 sp1 is still not fully supported under Wine, hindering the install of Nexus's Mod Manager. Is it difficult to create a version either FOMM or NMM -without- .net , making use of a mod manager under Wine much easier? Or are there any other good mod managers out there that do not have .net installed as a prerequisite? Thanks for your time!
  7. Hey Forum, So after watching a Fallout New Vegas Series and then a Skyrim one I had the urge to play Skyrim again. I started .. bla bla bla ... and then something poped into my head. Why can't you drink WITH your follower. I mean for the vanilla game it doesn't really matter anyways, but it would be very cool if you could just bring out two bottles of blackbriar-reserve or something and then have a drink with your follower. Ok let me explain what I mean. I am not sure if this is a mod or not but in that series (ok it was Gophers Let's Play  ) I really liked that he could take some whiskey, give her some and then they'd both drink when he did. And I was wondering why that isn't a thing in Skyrim yet. Nords ramble on about their mead and who's favourit drinking buddy are we ? So I pictured the Mod something like this: - you give your follower some alcohol - you stand close to that follower - then go to your inventory and select the drink - your inventory closes and a animation plays where you and that follower cling the bottle together and chug down the thing - soundeffects and all would be cool aswell. Now I am no moder (hence this post) but would really like to see this happen. I mean you could get even closer with your follower (for immersion freaks like me). maybe it could even give you a bonus/buff or something but I didn't put much thought into that. So what do you think ? If you read it thanks for doing so and tell me if this is just a phantasy of mine or this could be possible. Thank you your Snipes
  8. Hey, has anyone found a way to mix both the wine and beer in tankards for the clutter versions, while maintaining the animations, too? I want to have both wine and beer together, but it is one or the other. The mod creator, Hoamaii, said you can mix them and he has a picture of them mixed, but I can't figure it out. I really want to mix just the clutter, the animations I don't really need. However, if there is a way to mix both the clutter wine and beer and the animobjects wine and beer...that would be great. *sips from "World's Greatest Boss" mug.
  9. I posted this on the steam community forums more than a week ago, and still no replies, hopefully someone here can help: System specs MacOS X Mountain Lion 10.8.3 (Playing through wine 1.7.0 I'm guessing that might have something to do with the error) Memory 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 256 gig hard drive 2.4 GHz Intel Core i7 Graphics: Nividia GeForce GT 650M 1024 MB Problem: After much messing around I finally got the creation kit to half open (huge pain in the ♥♥♥ in and of itself) but after clicking away they error messages (Streaming SIMD extension not supported and XAudio2 error) I always gets stuck on initializing windows I usually wait anywhere from 5-15 min for it to open, but have waited as long as an hour, perhaps a bit over, with no results, just that watch thing. What I have tried (If I can even remember it all): Downloading the porting teams bottled app for opening a no-steam crack of the creation kit (only way I could get it to open at all, otherwise consistently got either a 'not enough memory for application' error or the version control error even though version control was already set to 0 in the SkrimEditor ini... or it just kept trying to get me to install iVidi plugin 1.3 over and over again, where it would install but never finish the post installation) Tried setting the code up to use a local network for version control (and created the directories necessary (i.e. creating a /merging in the ~/Skyrim/ folder folder with ConstructionSetNetwok containing [WhoCanMerge] *return* 1=EASCH *return* EASCH=1 a copy of the data folder containing the elms and a /VersionBackup folder) created a SkyrimEditorPrefs.ini containing [WhoCanMerge] return EASCH=1) Tried doing the mac update and restarting Checked whether wine had Direct X components installed (it has d3dx9_#.dll's which is Direct X 9) tried terminal command line reinstallation of the drivers via winetricks (having seperate issues with that, my newer version of wine doesn't come with winetricks, and I installed wget command line without too much trouble which is working but "sudo cp wine tricks /usr/bin" is still returning an error message on DYLD environment... (use/bin/sudo) sudo is setuid or setgid, so if anyone has any advice on fixing this terminal error that might assist me in either solving the problem or narrowing down my options) (have also tried installing XCode 4.something and the sperate command line tools, with no affect on the sudo error).... hence currently unable or rather unaware of how to reinstall or update Direct X drivers on wine 1.7.0... I have an older version of wine that came with winetricks and tried updating the direct X drivers and opening the creation kit with that version of wine to no avail tried installing and unistalling TESVEditor tried adding the code for multiple masters just in case that was the issue in SkyrimEditor.ini under Papyrus (same editations where recommended to fix a memory error with skyrim itself so thought I'd try them in the Editor ini) changed iMinMemoryPageSize to 10000 changed iMaxMemoryPageSize to 500000 changed iMaxAllocatedMemoryBytes to 180000000 All of these to no avail Oh and I've tried reenabling and redisabling dwrite.dll in WineConfig (disabling it was necessary to view the text of any steam windows, but I ran it with dwrite enabled just to check if disabling it had somehow messed up the creation kit, but no, that wasn't it either) Final note: my wireless network is highly censored (I'm in something called a sober living, long story) anyway, just about any program other than safari/firefox/google chrome are unable to access the internet. Steam is able to view webpages through it for very basic functions like accessing the workshop and uploading my achievements, but otherwise is blocked. THis is highly frustrating, but since I'm using the no-steam crack for the creation kit, I would highly doubt that this is affecting my creation kit... but you never know, just incase it somehow requires internet, thought that I'd post that detail. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks all for reading.
  10. Hello, So recently I decided to install FO:NV Ultimate Edition onto my Ubuntu 12.04 system. (Plays Flawlessly, no problem there) But I've noticed a lack of love for Linux. Does anyone know any Mod Managers that run on WINE or something? (If WINE or other Emulators, please post a tut on how to install it...) Oh, and Mod Organizer when opening either does the following - Just shows the "Mod Organizer" Logo - Ditto but closes - "Error: Failed to create Default" - "The program ModOrganizer.exe has encountered a serious problem and needs to close" Details in spoiler...(Prepare for long list...) EDIT: I've just reinstalled ModOrganizer and if its my first time on said program it will run. But if I make a wrong move (Close the Open Mod Window, it'll crash and give me "Failed to Create Default" Thanks in advance!

  12. Hey, guys. I've been looking around for a mod that allows players go get drunk, but everything I've found is pretty lightweight: You drink mead, you stumble around for a few hours, then you're right as rain. Pretty much all my Dragonborn does anymore is lounge about with a mead in hand and mess with city guards, so I'd like something a little more in depth to round out my Skyrim experience. What I'd like to see is a mod that does allow you to drunkenly stumble about Whiterun, but also add some special events that trigger when you're too too drunk. For example, a guard may walk up to you and say "Go home, Dragonborn. You are drunk." To which you might reply, "You ain't da boss a me, ya stinkin' pile a horker dung!" and then get thrown into the drunk tank for the night. Basically what I'm asking for is a set of randomized events that can take place. I've got several other ideas which I'll list below. I assume that the process for creating such a mod would be to give alcoholic beverages some sort of Alcohol Level, which increases the player's Blood Alcohol Level by a certain variable for an hour. Different meads, wines, and beers would have different levels. Depending on the player's BAL they'd begin to lose skill points for a certain time, have blurred vision, drop their weapons, or even have spells fail to cast or backfire. I'd like to be able to create something like this myself, but I lack modding experience past Morrowind my computer can't handle much in the way of map editing. If someone just wants to borrow a few of these ideas or expand on them, I'd be grateful. Drunken player gets thrown into the drunk tank for a night (Black out and wake up outside the dungeon with a Hangover debuff)Drunken player blacks out and wakes up in a random innDrunken player blacks out and wakes up in the wild somewhere, with something shocking laying on the ground nearby (A dead goat, a Falmor corpse laying in a seductive pose, random articles of clothing strewn about)The player wakes up with a hangover and sees Sanguine remarks something like "What a night!" then walk off and disappear, leaving behind some sort of reward for the Dragonborn. The player wakes up with a hangover in his own homeThe player wakes up in a cell in a bandit hideoutThe player wakes up in a stranger's home and receives the threat "Get out or I'll call the guards!"The player wakes up in prison with a sizeable bounty on his headThanks for taking a look!
  13. hello nexus! i am holding a brand new Skyrim Legendary for MS ($25 amazing deal!) my computer currently boots to Sabayon but will have other installs later. i have already joined Sabayon and Skyrim forums and asked a ton of questions, and the general consensus seems to be that i am unique in wanting to try this. is Wine or virtualBox better for playing Skyrim and learning to use creation kit? can Wine and Skyrim be on a seperate partition from the OS that is using them? i will likely have four different installs of linux on their own separate partitions, i hope i don't need 4 identical copies of Wine, Skyrim, and Steam for each of them. Sabayon comes with Steam Big Picture Mode, so i already have it installed, can i register for MS Skyrim using linux Steam, or do i need Steam for MS? if i have to have a MS version of Steam, does it make sense to keep linux Steam, and can i put MS Steam and Wine on a separate partition from the OS using them?
  14. Hey there I am TheKrimzonGhost and I've been part of many coding projects in the past this one is of significance to me because Im currently bed ridden from spinal surgery and will be for the next few weeks and am looking for something fun to do whilst Im incapacitated...Without further Alduine this thread will mainly be for Modding Skyrim on Linux or in my case Ubuntu Ive had great success both with running Skyrim and modding it through a tool called PlayOnLinux so firstly I'll give a you rundown of my system. Operating System: UbuntuStudiox86_64 low Latency 14.04 kernal 3.13.0-35 Graphics: Geforce GTX780 RAM: 6Gb Processor: i3 3240 MotherBoard: MSI Z77A-G45 USB 3.0 Windows Emulation: Wine 1.7.22 PlayOnLinux Snakebyte 6 Axis wired PS3 controller Install instructions are as follows for most mods with the exception of FNIS (FNIS is more complex and something Im still working on getting to work). Install For General .esp .esm mods 1. Install Playonlinux (open terminal enter command) sudo apt-get install playonlinux 2. While in terminal enter command playonlinux 3. In playonlinux GUI -Tools -Manage Wine versions -Add version 1.7.22 (this version is very stable) 4. In playonlinux GUI -Install -Enter Steam into search bar and click Install -Welcome to wizard hit next //"Its going to ask for a virtual drive name it MUST be labeled z: or FNIS wont work" - z and Enter //"a wine toast message may appear stating that wine is configuring a virtual drive" 5. Once your drive and steam install is complete navigate to your z: drirectory. 6. create this folder structure z:/meshes/actors/character/animations (this is for FNIS) 7. Run Steam from playonlinux 8. Install Skyrim 9. BY THE NINES Jump up and down, pick pocket your brother, and Fus Ro Dah! Ok there are very few mods that I havent gotten to work and a very few have been slightly glitchy. through out all of this battery of surgery Ill be testing mods and increasing this list below any help would be apreciated. To Add Mods to your freshly installed skyrim is the same as the normal PC version with the exception that manual install is a must and nexus mod manager is not exactly Wine friendly as of yet. the manual method is as follows 1. Download mod.zip 2. Unzip Mod package 3. Drag Data Folder to your new skyrim directory PlayOnLinux's virtual drives/z/drive_c/Program Files/Steam/SteamApps/common/Skyrim/ 4. Launch Skyrim -Data -check installed mods that you want to run -Play -enjoy your bosemer armor and those hot new body mods... Fus Ro Dah again yolo OK SO WE DID NOT GET INTO FNIS OR SKSE IM LOOKING INTO THESE AS WE SPEAK PLEASE FEEL FREE TO COMMENT AS ID LOVE TO GET FNIS AND SKSE FULLY FUNCTIONING UNDER WINE. skse.exe I have downloaded this and installed it along with and without SkyUI interestinly enough it appears to run SkyUI beutifully but Im not sure that mod handeling is working. Ive installed skse.exe with the following method. 1. Download skse.exe 2.RUN playonlinux 3.Configure 4.click z: 5. navigate to miscelaneous tab 6.run a .exe in this virtual drive 7. select skse.exe FNIS ok I have gotten pieces of this to work intermitenly by sheer fiddlry but no perminent solution as it is dependant on an application that uses C++ and Visual studio and causes JIT complitaion errors at runtime. Ive tried the following to get this to work. 1. Download FNIS 2.Extract to Data Skyrim directory 3.RUN playonlinux 4.Configure 5.Navigave to install components tab -install dx_9,dx_10,dx_11 -install directx9 -install dotnet40 -install mono28 -install msxml8 -install msvc90 -install physx 6.click z: 7. navigate to miscelaneous tab 8.run a .exe in this virtual drive 9. select FNISforUsers.exe as previously stated you need to have the folder structure meshes/actors/animations on the root of your z: for the FNIS program to run at all but it still appears as though it doesnt generate an .hkx files. Could someone post what the FNIS program actually does when it runs and how to test if it is generating files properly.? Also Im wondering if the mods only show up with skse and sky UI when the FNIS is successfull because both skse and Sky UI appear to be functioning the UI works and has all of it icons yet there is nothing under the Mod settings other than for SkyUI itself. Ive tried running SkyUI without skse and it works but there are no icons so I believe that skse's UI components are working. so again what does FNIS actually do? ( is it some batch script that searches a folder for a folder and generates files based on file nomenclasure?) and what does skse actually do? (does skse just replace the original launch handler to superceed some at runtime events?) WORK AROUND FOUND FOR FNIS: JAN 18 2015 1. get 30 day free trial of windows 7,or 8 from microsoft.com from chat with technician. 2. install windows on a virtual mach ie VM ware or virtual box 3. install skyrim on virtual box 4. copy past skyrim folder from your wine evironment into vbox skyrim 5. Run FNIS in virtual box 6. copy paste Skyrim folder back into wine skyrim install location 7. run skse I will update when more stable wine libraries are available ffabris may have found a more stable library to use . Ok one last bit of awesomeness I picked up a snakebyte controller for like 20$ I plugged it into my system and no GO what the Fus!...so I did some digging here is how to get that controller working and mapped out this should work for any usb wired controller. 1. Install qjoypad (using this command in terminal) sudo apt-get install qjoypad 2. RUN qjoypad "with no tray for setup" (using this command in terminal) qjoypad --notray Im attaching a picture of my joypad settings as its kind of confusing to figure out the button numbering terminal says something different then the UI does so it took some playing around...lol I hope I helped someone -THE KRIMZONGHOST STRIKES AGAIN!
  15. Im looking for what is actually generated by FNIS because the application does not work under wine because of JIT. 1. Is there a way to manually generate the files that FNIS makes? 2. What files does FNIS make? 3. Can I use someone elses pre generated files? 4. what are the system and software requirements to run FNIS? -TKG
  16. TL;DR – I just realized something stupidly obvious about modding Skyrim via Linux/Wine & solved several mod loading issues. If you’ve had trouble loading loose files in Linux/Wine installs, this post may help you. Otherwise, please ignore this post. Seriously, it's very long...with examples. Last weekend, I stumbled onto a solution to most of my long-standing mod loading issues. The issue is painfully obvious in retrospect. This post is so that other Wine/Linux Skyrim modders could more quickly solve similar problems in the future. The main thing to remember is that in Windows, folder or directory names are NOT case-sensitive. However, on a Linux system, folder or directory names ARE case-sensitive even inside Wine directories. Textures, textures, Meshes, meshes – Double directories have big consequences for getting mods to work. The first instinct when seeing this is to manually merge the directories, to make things tidy. But this is a bad idea because, it is a total crapshoot which textures/meshes work where. Examples: ApachiiSkyHair – Works with loose files in /Data/Meshes & /Data/textures HQ Winterhold College – Works with loose files in /Data/textures (which is interesting because most of my other major city re-textures work with files in /Data/Textures) I believe that this “randomness” is due to the game itself or the mod esm/esp files searching for & accessing the files in a case-variable manner. Sometimes, the mod does not load the loose files but otherwise appears to function. Examples include (1) Extra hairstyles show up in racemenu slider but the player-character is bald (2) Craftable armor is craftable at tanning-rack/forge but invisible or purple when equipped. (3) Retextures do not load or load in an inconsistent manner (some do / some do not). Basically, Skyrim can load the mod but not (all of) the loose files. If we change the location of the loose files, then Skyrim can “see” them. Example: Cloaks of Skyrim always loaded with purple cloaks. Cloaks were still craftable but everything was purple. I moved the Clothes/cloaksofskyrim sub-folder from Data/Textures to Data/textures. I left the Cloaks sub-folder in Data/Meshes untouched. Cloaks of Skyrim now works perfectly. For the above mod, I had extracted the files directly from the downloaded archive so the directory structure matched the provided file exactly. Usually, you want to keep the structure in the downloaded archive. For Linux/Wine users, because of case-sensitivity, changing directories can help Skyrim find loose files. If you have similar issues, you can apply the following general guidelines: New Items (hairstyles, clothes, armor, etc) – If it shows up as invisible, change files between M/meshes directories. If it then shows up purple, change files between T/textures directories also. Confirm meshes first before moving textures! Some mods only require moving one group (ex – Triss Armor Retextured, I moved meshes to Data/Meshes but left textures in /Data/textures). New Items are purple – Change files between T/textures directories. Leave M/meshes directories untouched. Retextured Items don’t show retexture – Change files between T/textures directories. Retextured items are purple. Changing T/texture folder location disables the purple without applying your new texture – You have a texture conflict somewhere. This is a different problem. You should check both Data/Textures & Data/textures for files with the same name. If the mod works, stop reading this post & go play Skyrim. Notes: 1) Most mods can be fixed with just moving the “top” level sub-directory (within T/textures, M/meshes). All files from that mod move together. If you have many mods with loose files, you should only move the files for the mods that have aren't working (exception - see note 2). 2) Some retextures sets will load partially (only one of several in a sub-directory or only one sub-directory among many transferred). Some textures will correct by moving only the non-loading files. Some were fixed only by moving the entire sub-folder resulting in the previously working texture still working in the new folder location. Clutter & furniture textures appear to have this issue most often. Building, environment, clothing, armor textures tend to work or not as a whole set. Changing the directory locations, per the above guidelines, got the following mods to work when previously they did not: ApachiiSkyHair Cloaks of Skyrim aMidianBorn Fur Armor * Triss Armor Retextured ** Marbled Dwemer Ruins (only tested Green version) Tobes Highres Textures (only some items needed to be moved) Skyrim Redesigned (only Alchemy bench retexture needed moving) *I have installed all but one of CaBal120’s series of “aMidian...” armor re-textures. Only the Fur Armor required moving directories. All the others worked straight “out of the box”. **Triss Armor Retextured is a special case. In the instructions, the mod author does state directory switching is required to accommodate different body meshes. However, to get the mod working in Wine, I had to shift another directory besides the one pointed out in the instructions. When I looked, only one post in the Nexus forums previously discussed this issue. Apparently, most other Nexus Linux/Wine users either find this obvious to start, figure it out on their own or don't and get very, very frustrated. I'm just sharing this in case anyone else is in the 3rd category…To be honest, I missed this because I was googling “Skyrim modding issues” or “(Insert-mod-name) won’t work”. Once I searched for the correct thing ("wine case-sensitive mod loose files"), I got tons of information & references of use.
  17. I got Fallout working beautifully with PlayOnLinux, but FOSE doesn't seem to recognize it's in Wine. It acts like it isn't placed in the Fallout 3 folder. Anyone run into something like this before? edit: Based on the lack of response here and elsewhere, this seems to be an obscure problem that no one really knows how to solve or cares to find out. I guess I'll just get used to the idea of not using mods that require FOSE
  18. Hi I have been looking for a mod that could make caskets funktion in sheds since i wanted more than i could fit in my cellar. I also searched for larger cellers, but haven't found a mod that could help me. I hope someone here have the abilities, the time and want to make a mod like this. It would make me really happy. Thank you
  19. I just installed fallout 4 and the script extender (made sure it worked and it does), then I proceeded to install some mods (note that I installed them by dragging and dropping the archives from nexus into vortex), once I started up the game I noticed that modded outfits didn't have any textures (just made things floating heads) and that despite rebuilding everything with bodyslide none of the outfits were using the bodyslide version (I'm building the outfits the the data directory). even weirder is that this only happened with outfits and characters I have vivid fallout installed and the environment does use the textures from it so the issue seems to be specifically in the outfits/meshes. Does anyone have any idea what happened?
  20. FOMM keeps crashing at startup and i have no idea why. i'm using arch linux w/ wine set to windows 10, so maybe i have to try actually installing a windows partition? crashdump file contents: if i could get some help that would be rad, thanks
  21. There is no way I'm drinking that piss water you milk drinkers call mead. Whether it is Black Briar or Honning Brew. I will not curse my taste buds with that sewage waste. I refuse to support the Black Briars. I want to be Lady Black Briar's competition. As a member of the DB and Thieves Guild, she is protected from me. But, there is nothing against me starting my own wine and brewing company. I'm playing the long game, you see. I will buy this farm and that farm. I want to own a farm in every hold, because I want to farm plants from their native region, for the best harvest. So, I want a juniper berry farm in the Reach, a snowberry farm in the Pale and a Jazbay Grapes vinyard somewhere near Kynesgrove. You get the idea. I was thinking a prime location for a bee farm/brewery/winery/farm with farmhouse and its own bar, is Rorikstead. that's where I would set up my headquarters and center of business. I'm thinking growing lavender there and making this my primary place for my bees. I like Rorikstead because it is more open and it is the most fertile soil in all of Skyrim. Less bears and more sun exposer for the flowers. I imagine a huge field next to a farm house. Somewhere on the property is a brewery and warehouse. In the basement is where I would store the wine in a cellar. On location would also be a bar and a place to sample the latest wines and brews. What about whiskey and moonshine? Who's going to introduce moonshine and whiskey to Skyrim? The Dragonborn of course. I thought the name Dragons Brew, sounded pretty good. Simple catchy easy name to remember. I also thought it would be fun if we could name our brews. I thought of names like Queen Bees mead (Expensive mead made out of pure royal jelly honey), Milk Drinker (low alcohol mead with milk in it for the milk drinkers or for children), Mighty Talos! (Moonshine for the non milk drinkers), Dark Waters Whiskey, Sweet Mother's Mead, Pale Ale, Jarl's Juniper Berries mead, Spiced Snowberry Wine, Mud Crabs Merlot. Dibella's Divine Wine. Host your own parties. Who needs an invitation to some stuffy Thalmor party, when the best party in Skyrim is right here in Rorikstead? Bring Octoberfest to Skyrim. Drink! Drink! Drink! :D
