Founded by promising race driver Aliyyah Koloc, Foundation 29 is dedicated to making a global impact through two powerful missions: the preservation of cultural heritage and the support of autism communities worldwide.

This dual-purpose foundation reflects Koloc’s own passions and life story – safeguarding the stories of our shared past while uplifting individuals on the autism spectrum. With an international outlook and a personal drive for inclusion, Foundation 29 strives to create a more understanding world where passion meets purpose and every action counts.

Aliyyah Koloc – champion with a purpose

Aliyyah Koloc’s journey from breaking racing records to founding a mission-driven organization exemplifies how passion can drive purpose. As a teenage motorsport prodigy, she made history as the youngest woman to compete in the grueling Dakar Rally. Her achievements on the track earned her international acclaim. Yet, Koloc’s identity extends beyond racing: she was diagnosed with Asperger’s syndrome (a form of autism) in her early teens. Instead of seeing it as a setback, she embraced it as part of her identity and motivation. Living on the autism spectrum has shaped her perspective, inspiring her to advocate for autism awareness, equality, and inclusion in every area of her life. This unique blend of competitive drive and personal understanding laid the groundwork for Foundation 29’s creation.

Koloc’s multicultural background also shapes the foundation’s global mindset. Born in Dubai, with roots in the Czech Republic, the Seychelles, Sudan, and Vanuatu, she was raised across three continents. At an early age, Koloc learned the importance of heritage and understanding between cultures. By leveraging her public platform and international experiences, Koloc has committed to “prove that with will, strength and good support, you can do almost anything,” encapsulating the foundation’s empowering ethos.

Foundation29 – based on three pillars

1

Protecting Pacific Culture, Traditions, and Natural Treasures

Supporting projects dedicated to safeguarding the unique cultures and fragile ecosystems of the Pacific, ensuring that stories, customs, and environments at risk of disappearing are preserved for future generations.

2

Preserving Cultural Heritage Across Continents

Championing efforts to conserve both European masterpieces — like those from the Renaissance — and priceless tribal art, recognizing that all cultural expressions are vital links connecting humanity across time and place.

3

Supporting Autism Communities with Respect and Creativity

Carefully selecting and funding autism-focused programs worldwide, to create spaces and opportunities that embrace neurodiversity with dignity, foster inclusion, and empower individuals on the autism spectrum to thrive.
