Take your Mastery Deeper
with the Franklin Method®

Understand. Embody. Teach.

You can now train to become a Franklin Method® Level 3 Educator online!

— Only available to graduates of Level 1 & 2! —

You’ve mastered bones, muscles, and fascia. Now it’s time to discover what brings them to life.

Welcome to Level 3 – where we explore the organs and systems that make movement truly integrated. Over nine months, you’ll dive into the heart, lungs, brain, digestive tract, urogenital system, and lymphatic system – understanding not just what they are, but how they profoundly influence flexibility, posture, breathing, stress reslience and every movement your clients make.

This isn’t abstract anatomy. This is embodied understanding that transforms how you teach the body as a whole.

Why the Organs Matter for Movement Teachers

Level 3 gives you the missing framework – how organs connect with bones, muscles, and fascia to create (or restrict) optimal movement. You’ll learn to address the systems behind the symptoms, not just the surface patterns.

This is also about longevity and nervous system regulation. You’ll discover how breath, visceral mobility, heart rate variability (HRV), and gut-brain connection build stress resilience – helping you and your clients move better, adapt faster, and age with vitality.

NEW for 2026: Designed to Fit your Life

We’ve restructured Level 3 to fit your busy schedule:

Shorter, more frequent sessions – Six weekday sessions per module (instead of 3-day intensive weekends)
Longer replay access – All module replays are now available right through until graduation
More breathing room – Larger graps between modules for replay review and integration
Flexible attendance – No 70% attendance rule (though we highly encourage showing up live!)
Mentor sessions still mandatory – These small-group sessions with faculty solidify learning and deepen understanding

Total: ~125 hours of live interactive content over 6 months

Acknowledgements:
Our training method focuses on the optimal function of the body. We fully acknowledge that part of your experience may be one of pathology, or trauma. If you have questions or need support during the training we hope you will seek the support of a qualified counsellor/psychologist or physical therapist. As there are as many experiences of the body as there are people in the room, we endeavor to stay clearly with embodiment and knowledge of optimal imagery around the structure of the anatomical body.

    Nora St. John Balanced Body

  • “The Franklin Training is the most intelligent approach to learning about the workings of the body I have ever attended. It is not just information, it is the experience of our design as we learn, that is transforming”.

Tom McCook Fitness Instructor, Director Center of Balance

  • “I initially did it because I wanted to teach classical ballet in a better, more productive way, and on the journey I actually fixed all my own injuries.

I had knee pain, hip pain, back pain, foot pain, and I don’t have any of that any more. And another added bonus of that has been that I suddenly became awfully creative.”
