This is pure, natural movement. No lengthy explanations, no deep anatomy analysis — just guided embodiment practice led by our expert Franklin Method® Faculty Educators (and occasionally by Eric Franklin himself). Each week brings a new focus, a different teacher and a fresh approach to exploring your body’s potential.

In this class, we’ll melt away tension across the shoulders and neck with an exercise band or balls. Some classes use Franklin Method® balls or bands, but most weeks you just need a bit of space to move. We’ll let you know in advance what’s needed.

What if I miss the live class?

Every class is recorded and available on demand shortly after the live session. Your subscription gives you ongoing access to the recent class library.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! This is a monthly subscription with no long‑term commitment. Cancel whenever it no longer serves you.

What level are these classes?

These classes are designed to be accessible to everyone while still remaining fresh and engaging for experienced practitioners. It’s essentially the Franklin Method® in a nutshell: profound content delivered in a vibrant and approachable way.
