so, i downloaded the demo to try, but the game just close alone after starting, no error, no nothing, do i need a specific program to play this?

Since the game was updated, I decide to play it again from 0, when I got to confront Venefica in her quest line when I won her second phase, the game shows the adventurer guild option to talk to Elly, so I can't finish the battle and it sends me to the city.

Im playing in the latets version
