Our Story
Choices Pregnancy Center in Marshfield, MO, is a compassionate, nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals facing unexpected pregnancies. Our mission is to provide a safe and welcoming environment where clients can receive free pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, and educational resources, and an introduction to Jesus Christ as their Savior. We offer guidance on various options, including parenting and adoption, while ensuring that each person feels valued and heard. With a commitment to empowering our community, we also provide practical assistance through baby supplies and referrals to additional support services.
