INSTRUCTOR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Turn your passion into your profession: train as a RAID Instructor.

Have you ever dreamed of making the sea your office?

Becoming a diving instructor is much more than a career change; it is choosing one of the most rewarding professions in the world. It means having the privilege of accompanying someone’s first bubbles and guiding the growth of other divers. But it is also a great responsibility, which is why our RAID IDP (Instructor Development Programme) combines high standards and technique with real, human support.

In our IDP, you will master the RAID philosophy, perfect your technical skills and refresh your rescue skills, as well as gaining the necessary flow to lead classes with complete confidence and calm, both in confined and open water. All so that you can arrive at the Instructor Examination (IE) with the serenity and confidence of someone who knows they are truly prepared.

If you feel that the sea is your place and you want to turn your passion into a solid profession with a future and purpose, we are waiting for you to take the leap together.

Practice 1: Review of the student’s starting point: physical tests, water skills, and exams for all previous levels (Open Water 20, Explorer 30, Advanced 35, Master Rescue, First Aid Instructor, Oxygen Administrator Instructor, Nitrox, and Dive Master). This allows us to verify together that you have the appropriate level to tackle the IDP with confidence.

Our training is based on three fundamental pillars:

    • RAID Philosophy and Standards, understanding the structure of each course so that you can teach them with complete confidence.
    • Comprehensive Teaching, where you will learn to adapt your teaching to any environment: from the classroom and the pool to the open sea.
    • Leadership in the Water, working on academic presentations, perfecting your technical demonstrations and training in the control of real groups, always from the perspective of risk management and sound decision-making.
  • RAID First Aid Instructor and RAID Oxygen Administration Instructor training
