It's been ages since I posted anything on my blog.  As most of you know, I have been staging houses for the last few years.  My passion and background is in interior design, but I have had some realtor friends ask me to stage a few condos and homes for them which has led to more.  I have had a few new clients asking to see some of my work, so I will post it here.  Warning:  The photography in most of them is not professional and I definitely need a better camera and photography lessons!  My photographer brother will most likely want to shoot me after he looks at these.  Sorry Josh!

I do not claim to be an avid blogger either, so this just might be the most boring blog you have see. LOL

This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Anaheim that was recently flipped. It got multiple offers above asking price after the first open house.  "Laurelwood"

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse in Brea was one of my favorite stages and layouts but I got the worst pictures!  My friends that flipped this one did an amazing job. The wood floor is actually tile.  Beautiful and durable.

The mantel with the tv is what the owners wanted.  Below is what I wanted =)

I fell in love with the kitchen and had the most fun in here.  I love white kitchens!

This 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home in Yorba Linda was occupied by one of my best friends, Cecia, who was moving to Utah and wanted to sell fast.  We brought in a few things but used most of her existing furniture.  "Cecia"

I loved how the kitchen turned out, but the rest of the pictures are still to be found.....

This 4 bedroom home with a loft in Laguna Niguel was occupied.  We used some of the homeowners existing furniture and rented some as well.  We painted, de-clutterd, and organized.  They ended up taking it off of the market and decided to stay!

This was our 4 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse.  My brother actually took the photographs for this one since he was in town.  We were still living in it at the time, hence a lot more stuff than a normal staged home.   We lived there for ten years and were sad to leave!  It all happened very fast as it sold within a few weeks.  "Palma Circle"

We listed the house after we painted over the kids "growth chart" (notice old paint color on far right)
