We focus on representing B Corps and social entrepreneurs. We help B Lab with introducing the B Corp concept in companies from the CEE region but also globally. We have helped implement the Benefit Corporation legal concept to the Polish legal system. We assisted the first publicly listed company in Europe and fifth in the world to certify as a B Corp and formally change its statutes to embed stakeholder corporate governance.
