Unlike cap damage taken effects, incoming Fire damage is capped before ShieldNext ATK received will be ineffective for a fixed amount
is applied.
The cap to incoming damage is applied after most other forms of damage reduction. For example, consider a special attack which deals 9,999,999 Fire damage to all allies:
- If 95% DMG CutTaking 95% less DMG
