Carter Turns 3!

MY little Carter is 3 already! I really can't believe it. We had a little birthday bash with the family over at Grandma Funk. We played a game, opened presents and ate his worm cake.

This weekend there was the big Relay For Life Event. I was able to walk with my friend and fellow aerobics instructor at 2 am!! It was kinda hard getting there, but once we got started it was a party.

Me and Becky...we had such a good time. Stayed up way to late. When it was all said and done I had been up for over 24 hrs!! Never will do that again, but it was a blast.

I'm not a perfect mom! In fact I am guilty of comparing myself to other moms wishing I could do things the way they do, and wishing my kids would behave like their kids. Some days I lose my patience and want nothing more than to just be away from the little side kicks at times. BUT....
I love these boys. They are both so unique and it's been such a neat thing to be able to see them develop their own little personalities and gifts/talents. They make me smaile and laugh everyday! They make my heart smooshy!

Josh's 30th Birthday Surprise

So at last minute I decided to throw Josh a surprise party...I just knew he would hate it. But it was going to be FUN!
It didn't start off so well...cause we stnuck in right after the Jazz had a heartbreakin Loss to the Lakers...Josh wasn't in a super good mood :(

He was born in 1980 so I asked everyone to dress up 80's

I just love our friends, and had so much fun just chatting and getting everyone together. I think Josh might have had fun too in the end. :)
