1. git clone https://github.com/Fennec2000GH/OpenOcean.git && cd ./OpenOcean
2. pip install -r requirements.txt
3. cd ./flask/ && flask run or just visit OpenOcean Official Website

Note: Use the flask option right now as the website is under development by the hosting server.
