Summary
This PR fixes a bug that lead to wrongly placed logo backgrounds when rendering a SvgQRCode with a logo and disabled quietzones at the same time. (Full description of the problem can be found in: #500)
Test plan
Updated test cases are part of this PR. Tests shall be run via Github Action.
