@tormath1 you tried to upgrade our ignition to upstream? Once that is done this PR will be obsolete, but since that could take a while I figure it's better to backport these. |

update ignition for Azure Generation 2 VM support
This pulls in flatcar/ignition#24. These ignition changes are enough to launch Azure Gen 2 VMs of Flatcar.
How to use
Follow instruction in flatcar/ignition#24.
Testing done
Needs to run through CI for azure gen1.
TODO: Manual kola gen2 run (might work if I upload image myself, kola does not know about gen2 yet)
