Enable BCMGENET as a module on arm64_defconfig-5.9
Following on from my earlier PR. This change allows the RPi4 to be fully usable with the built in NIC.
How to use
Boot updated kernel/image and wonder at the marvel of the working NIC ;)
Testing done
Used the SDK with board arm64-usr to fully build and test the change. I now have a working NIC interface on Flatcar, tested via UEFI booting over TFTP of the PXE images with iPXE.
