POST to /sparql/ with form params including output=text do not seem to function

Originally implemented because of http://4store.org/trac/ticket/5 

With pull request #92 applied, you get a UI like https://gist.github.com/4001516

However, the output variable does not get parsed correctly by http_post_request for some reason.

Swapping the form to get works.
