Studying Computer Science at Stanford University 💻🧬🌲

I am interested in pursuing biomedical computation and bioinformatics through AI to create more accessible healthcare.

I’m currently working on:

  • automating protein sequence annotations in pBLAST
  • modeling bacterial fluorescence in growing populations
