So... this PR is a red herring. The real one is over here:
mdn/kumascript#1
That's because most of the changes for this bug happened in kumascript. bug 733831 will be the followup with changes to kuma wiki code. But, since there are at least a few tweaks to kuma config and a submodule update, I'm filing this PR to at least get attention.
Not sure how this process should work, especially since I'm the only one in the world familiar with the kumascript code at the moment.
