With over 17 years of experience as a neutral worker and 10 years as a mindfulness practitioner, Philippe established his career as a conflict resolution consultant providing organizations across the province and beyond with successful workplace investigation and mediation solutions to help maintain a positive work environment and a cohesive culture.
