Why is SIM Registration necessary?

Because of this authenticity and originality, the following are the reasons you should know why registration is necessary.
Solution of SIM Registration Failure

Mismatched ID details and Solution
In case your issue is that the details you provided in the form filling are wrong and your Globe SIM registration failed, you need not worry. Just go to the registration portal through the link and enter your number and verify it through OTP. Now edit the details and resubmit the form; otherwise, click below to contact Globe Officials.

Selfie or ID upload Solution
Sometimes you upload photos that are larger in size. According to Globe criteria, you can only upload less than 2MB size. You can edit it through an online image resizer or any trusted software to resize the image. You can also take a screenshot of the photo, then crop it well and upload it. The photo must be clear, unexpired, and must meet the Globe requirements.

OTP Delivery Problem resolve
You may face OTP receiving issues. They are due to poor SIM signals or expired OTP problems. Make sure you input OTP within 5 minutes before expiration; otherwise, click the “request again” button. If you are facing signal issues, go to the area where the internet works well; otherwise, try switching to airplane mode and disabling it to regenerate OTP.

Technical/System Downtime Issues
Sometimes people face glitchy issues due to Globe server-side problems because of slow working servers. For this, please wait at least 24 hours and process registration after that. Some browsers create problems in registering SIMs as well, so clear and delete all cache before registering or change the browser and proceed with registration.

GlobeOne App not working
If you opened GlobeOne app for registering SIM and it suddenly crashes and closes automatically, and issues are continuously distracting you from registering Globe SIM, just open the Play Store or App Store on your phone to see if you have to update the app. In case you have already updated it, uninstall and then reinstall it or remove cache from mobile’s app settings.

Submission Failure
After completing the form, you clicked for submission but an error occurred and you could not submit the form. There may be a few reasons such as you didn’t clear stored cache or weak internet signals. You don’t need to worry about it; just clear the browser’s cache, then resubmit again. If signals are weak, then go to the place where the internet works fast.
