So internets! Some news.

I am transgender. After some thought, I've decided to start medically transitioning. I'm not the bestest at talking about it, but I'm probably going to make reference to it on twitter, so I thought it'd be easier to make a post here. Also, I suspect it would become increasingly confusing for those who see me occasionally in real life.

Things possibly relevant to your interests:

• Male pronouns are appropriate, but if you screw up it's cool. I get that switching over is a process.
  
• If you know my RL name, it's no longer accurate. I'll be happy to tell you the (working) new one if I see you in person.
  
• I am not out at all at work yet (he says typing from his work computer), so if you know my public RL social media accounts I would prefer you didn't mention it there.
  
• Feel free to ask questions or tell me how awesome you think it would be if I renamed myself Gaylord.
