Workology micro courses are delivered 100% online, available on-demand so managers can complete it on their schedule. No live attendance required. The Lead Smart training offering is a workshop in a box with everything you need to facilitate amazing training in house. 

Yes. The training is mobile-friendly and available inside our existing learning platform with Workology. Our micro course training programs can be integrated into your LMS for group tracking at an additional fee. SCORM and other formats are available upon request.
