I'm a really private person, so I don't like to share personal details with people I don't know very well. So to start off... Still alive, haha, and madly envious of all you ladies and gents who are still able to write and blog and keep up with fandom across multiple channels of social media and still work full-time jobs and do people things. Because I am very evidently not one of you, LOLOL.

I'm trying to keep up with periodic writing, at least, but it's been difficult to find the time to focus and concentrate, especially since it's so much easier to lurk around the edges and read all the things.

Speaking of which, total sidebar: So I'm currently wading through the shallow-deep end of Teen Wolf fandom, and it's like everyone whose fic I've ever read is also currently in it, too. It's kind of awesome and hilarious and weird, since I just spent around half a year dabbling in video game country, where there's a lot less overlap.

Anyway.

The funny thing is, I'm pretty sure no one's still following me here, but I've met up with quite a few people in the past year, which is a pretty awesome trade-off. Let's do more of this. :)

Random update is random, but at this point... Until next year!

I've probably written this post like five hundred times before, but it's absolutely insane how I used to make like... multiple crazy posts about JE in one day—just total fandom love vomit, which is absolutely dandy!—but now I'm lucky if I remember to write something once a month for myself, much less for semi-public consumption.

Anyway, updates... Uh, work, work friends, roommates, haha, the usual. My mom's birthday is next week, so I'm heading home this weekend to hang out with them and do dinner or something. Other than that, my room continues to be an absolute mess, to the point where even I'm feeling it. As in, I think it's actually affecting my general sense of calm and peace or whatever, or maybe it's my inner Virgo finally rearing up in annoyance.

So yeah, no, need to clean (or so I keep saying...), have an actual social life (wtf??), and just generally running around doing stuff. The downside is obviously that, you know, I haven't been writing, and it sticks in my head a little, but I'm kind of at that place where I don't even know what to write when I do have the time. It'll come when it does, though, I hope.

Officially going, just need to get my time off request approved. :) Anyone else going to be there??

I went to Toys 'R Us today to get some presents for my cousin in China. There was an Avengers display as soon as I walked in, so obviously, I had to grab something because come ON.

They had Avengers shower gel.

It LIGHTS UP when you open the bottle.

...Oh, yes. I ABSOLUTELY DID.

I got the Iron Man one, mostly because the gel is red and the exfoliating beads are gold.
