Established in Poole, Dorset, in 1990, Greendale Construction Limited is a client-focused Chartered Building Company with a reputation for quality, value and reliability.

Over the years we’ve built an impressive list of clients, largely from referrals and repeat business. Headquartered in Poole, Dorset, the majority of our projects fall within Central Southern England.

In March 2020 we opened our second office in Winchester, Hampshire. This push eastwards and northwards reflects a rise in demand for our specialist construction services in Hampshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire and the M27/M3 corridors.  

We offer all aspects of construction work – from new-build, refurbishment and conservation, to repairs, maintenance and special works. In addition, we specialise in carrying out refurbishment or fit out works in operational situations within commercial properties.

Our 55-strong, multi-trade labour force is directly employed, giving us the flexibility and control necessary to ensure the highest quality results. We’re also able to rely on the skills of sub-contractors and suppliers who we’ve worked with for many years and are familiar with meeting our high standards. Every project is managed by a qualified Site Manager with Contract or Surveying management support.
