Not gone for ever

Here is an updated picture of the family. I know it is from Christmas but I will be updating my blog soon. It has been a very long time and I really need to update for all you who follow. sorry I have been gone so long.

The Hogle Zoo!!

Earlier this summer Greg and I took Kiley to the zoo and got our first zoo memberships. We had a lot of fun going to the zoo as a family. Kiley really loves animals so we were excited to take her and see her around a lot big animals. She had so much fun and loved all the animals. These are just a few pics from that day.

I posted a few video's we took of Kiley while at the zoo. I love these videos because they show how excited she gets.

I love this video because she got so excited and started to dance.

Again she got really excited over the leopards. when you watch this video listen close at the end, She called it a kitty and this is the day she started calling animals kitties. It made us laugh.

So I have to apologize to all of my followers out there! I am so sorry I haven't updated my blog in a really long time. But back in March during Kiley's Birthday my camera broke, of all the times I need it and it breaks on her first birthday. Due to this I have not had a camera until the end of may before our Trip to Hawaii which I am in the process of blogging. So I threw in a few silly pictures of Kiley so give my blog a little up date. so stay tuned more pictures are on there way.

HAWAII TRIP 2009

I wanted to share some of the fun times we had while we were in Hawaii! I know it has taken me forever to get these posted but I still wanted to share the amazing Maui!!!



On our first Day there we took a drive up to the Road to Hana which is the most amazing road in Maui, there are many little hikes off the road that lead to fun water falls and pools to go swimming in. This was such an amazing experience to have.

My sister Chelsi was able to come along with us. It was great to have her. She would watch Kiley while Greg and I went and had alone time. We enjoyed having here with us.

When we finally got in the water it was pretty cold at first, but then it felt great and It was so much fun swimming to the water fall and climbing up in it.

TA DA! unfortunately you can't tell just how much water is really splashing you while you were on the rocks. With the rocks being so slippery it was very hard to keep you balance. but still it was an amazing experience, one I will always remember.

above is a picture of us and the Bell's. While we were up swimming, the Bell's decided to join our fun. It was so crazy to run into some good friends in Hawaii on the Road to Hana of all placed. we hadn't seen them since dental school so it was a great Reunion and a great time to see them.

Us together. I am not sure who the girl is. of course we weren't alone so It was hard to get pictures without others in it or around us. but everyone was very nice.

we Hiked through the Garden of Eden. This is such an amazing garden. we loved going there. there were so many amazing plants and trees that you don't ever see. we all had a great time.

Kiley even loved the garden. she loved her little flower as well. she kept it there for a long long time. I didn't realize until later in our trip but I had it on the wrong ear. apparently your left ear means you are taken. oops.

THE BEACH!!!!!!!

Don't you love the snorkel ring around our heads. When we went snorkeling we saw the biggest sea turtles and alot of them. It was so amazing to see them. they really are beautiful and they are so graceful. although Greg almost got attacked by one, they are really fast. (I always thought turtles were slow Ha Ha.) It is very difficult to get away from something in the water that you don't want to get to close to. we can honestly say that if a shark is coming at you there is no way you are going to get away.

COOKIES AND SAND YUM!

Kiley loved the beach. She was a little skittish at first but them she was sad to leave. she absolutely loved the sand. and she had it everywhere. she wasn't quite sure if she loved the taste though. I don't blame her.

We went to the Iao Valley which is a really fun place to go . It is very green and beautiful. and heritage of the natives.

Kiley liked the lawn chairs until she fell through one and bumped her teeth.

This is the view from our hotel. we were on the beach our hotel is behind us. It was so awesome to be right on the beach. and to hear the waves at night. It was so beautiful and very memorable.

Nice hair Kiley. Between sweat and sunscreen she had a perfect Mohawk.

we met up with the bells again one evening and had a night on the town in Lahina. we ate at Kemo's and had some amazing fish.

We took a little trip down to the three tiered pools which were amazing. and a Lot of fun so be so close to open water. It was beautiful. but we all got fried within 1/2 hours time.

I was very disappointed my camera didn't take very good pictures.

Kiley loved it too!

Chelsi and I went on the Pacific Whale Foundation for a Dolphin exscursion. It was so fun to see all the wild dolphins.

The water was so blue, Clear and beuatiful!

The Dolphins were so cute. and so fun to watch.

We went to the aqarium so Kiley could see all the fun fish. It was really fun. but a very hot day. as you can see. Kiley again is a sweaty greese ball. But a cute one.

What a GOOF! I eas being a puffer fish.

Kiley met new friends.

Time to go home.

GOOD MORNING!!!! Kiley was such an angel. she slep the whole way home. I was so worried about her flying over night. I wasn't sure how she was going to do. I had the benadyl all ready for her. It was amazing though the plane lights went out and kiley went to sleep and then woke up right before we landed it was perfect.
