HackMerced VI is the sixth iteration of UC Merced's annual hackathon: a 36-hour competition to think, design, build, and present a cool app of your choice! This year, compete with a project geared towards one of our three verticals: Cyber-Security, Inclusitivity, and Social Good.

The first 250 people to sign up will recieve swag sent to their homes for free (US residents only)!

You will be given access to resources to create a meaningful hack with lasting impact! Come for a weekend of workshops, activities, and more.

Every submission must include a under 4 minute video detailing what your project is, how it answers the prompt, any future enhancements you may have, and why you decided to build it.

Prizes - You are allowed to submit your project to one main track and you can pick three sub tracks (outside of the other two main ones) to submit your projects too.
