I got the chance to go see Wicked in August and it was pretty much the highlight of my summer! Well no, highlight of my year!! I have become completely obsessed. Seriously, it's not healthy. From that first night seeing it I was just speechless at how amazing it was. Incredibly entertaining, extremely funny, and talent like you'd never believe. Ugh I can't say enough good about it! I spent hours researching and learning all I could about it and have even been reading "The Grimmerie", a book basically telling how the musical came to be. I love the meaning of it, and how's there's so many life lessons hidden underneath it's clever writing. Nicole Parker and Alli Mauzey are pretty much my most favorite people ever now. I just wanna be best friends with Nicole. She is SO funny and so so so talented, she's beyond amazing and I know we'd be good friends haha. Okay I need to be done cuz I could go on and on and that would just be boring haha. I just love how it shows that there's two sides to every story and of course the whole animal rights thing had me loving it from the very beginning. Anyways I couldn't get enough so I had to go again a week later and got 5th row tickets. I was in heaven. I rarely cry and was in tears most of the time cuz I was so happy and it was just so good. Okay I really am done now :) I heart Wicked!!
