A 200-hour YTT-certified yoga teacher from Anuttara in Delray Beach, FL, Jason has also led classes at Asheville Community Yoga. His practice bridges ancient yogic traditions with a contemporary, mindful approach, integrating breath, asana, and meditation to guide students toward both inner transformation and physical vitality. Eden is a Reiki Master Teacher, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate, Recovery Coach, and creator of “A Seat at the Table” Connective Card Deck. Her experience with grief, nervous system healing, and energetic science integrates beautifully with the offering of Reiki as a therapeutic tool. She is passionate about the healing powers of nature and believes deeply in the importance of connecting to the world beyond ourselves to foster resilience, understanding, compassion, and change. After years of trying to spread spiritual wisdom, he found that a single moment of peace can communicate what no words can say. He has devoted the last fifteen years to cultivating a sonic symphony that encourages tranquility.
Eryn Murman
Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist Certified Yoga Instructor
Eryn Murman is a licensed massage and bodywork therapist and certified yoga teacher. Trained at the Asheville School of Massage & Yoga she offers compassionate, integrative sessions that draw from Deep Tissue, Swedish, Myofascial Release, Assisted Stretching, and Trigger Point Therapy.
She has been teaching yoga since 2012 in both New York City and Asheville, and she loves working with people of all ages. Outside of her practice, Eryn is also a singer-songwriter and a proud mother of two.
