The International Awards Associate (IAA) officially announces (Harlette DeFalaise) as the (Gold ) winner in the (Fashion Design – Luxury) of the 2025 French Design Awards: Season 2, honouring exceptional excellence across product, interior, architectural, packaging, furniture, lighting, and other design fields. The award celebrates professionals and studios whose ideas bring strong visual identity and practical value to the global design landscape.

The official royal portrait of King Charles has been revealed, painted by artist Jonathon Yeo.
It’s his first portrait as King since his coronation last year.
The painting is covered in a bright red colour, and features a butterfly on the King’s shoulder.
The work by Yeo took three years to paint, and was completed over four sittings at Highgrove and Clarence House – not bad for a royal subject with a busy schedule.
It aims to capture His Majesty’s “life experiences” and how his “role in our public life has transformed”. Charles is depicted in military regalia – the uniform of the Welsh Guards – abstracted by a background and foreground of painterly brushstrokes in varying shades of vibrant red. A butterfly (the King’s suggestion) prepares to land on his shoulder.
