My name is Lisa Hart Anderson and I am a certified Life Coach and Recovery Coach. I graduated from the University of Arizona with a B.S. in Education and began my career working in education and youth development. After several years of teaching elementary school, I made the decision to become a stay home mom and raise my children. During that time, I embarked on a journey of health and wellness. I became a certified fitness instructor and taught many modalities of group fitness for nearly twenty years. Educating friends, family and clients about innovative approaches to health, wellness and exercise was a true passion of mine.
Like many, my journey included seasons of struggle that ultimately reshaped my path.
Through certified life and recovery coaching, I support women in all chapters of life as they pursue change, personal growth, and a deeper sense of joy, balance and confidence. My work is grounded in mental health advocacy and centered on my 3 C’s-connection, compassion, and care. I offer a non-judgmental, empathetic approach that values lived experience, authentic dialogue, and the belief that healing and growth happen through safe relationships, authentic conversation, and meeting people exactly where they are.
Many women who deeply want change struggle to prioritize their own well-being amid the demands of life, family, career outside the home and daily responsibilities. Many women are conditioned to place themselves last, which can make sustained commitment to growth difficult.
That’s why I’m here.
My work is the integration of certified life coaching and recovery coaching, combined with lived experience and long -term recovery. My approach is shaped not only by training, but by having navigated real-life challenges, change, and healing myself. This allows me to meet women with a deeper level of understanding, empathy, and authenticity.
I bring an age-earned perspective that values wisdom, timely humor, and humanity, creating a space that is supportive rather than clinical. Nothing feels shocking or minimized, and no story is too heavy to hold. My work is grounded in compassion, non-judgment and connection, allowing women from many walks of life to feel safe, understood and empowered as they create meaningful change.
As a new generation of women enter menopause, many are finding new ways to manage and prepare for the hormonal change that 47 million women go through every year.
