Compliance Vision Statement

“It is the vision of Harris County Emergency Corps (HCEC) for all employees to perform his or her duties with the highest standards of ethical behavior through honesty, integrity, and commitment of compliance to all policies, laws and regulations governing our operations. These policies include the HCEC Code of Conduct and Ethics, Policies and Procedures, as well as all federal, state, and local laws including, but not limited to Medicare and Medicaid regulations.”

Cooper Lumsden is the HCEC Compliance Officer.  The Compliance Officer provides the tools and education necessary for the implementation of an effective compliance program.

All compliance concerns should be reported using one of the following methods:

• Download a copy of the Compliance Concern Reporting form and mail or email us the completed form.
