Question

I move a picture onto a header in the shape of a rounded rectangle. So I use the rounded rectangle tool.

Now I dont knwo what to do.

I try to use the magic wand to get rid of everything on the outside of the rounded rectangle, but it still gets things on the inside.

Can anyone help me? I am utterly confoozed.
