1. Find pictures with a white background. I took 2 pictures from Eliza Dushku.
2. Blend your pictures the way you like, sharpen your pictures if you want:

3. Then I took this red polka dot texture (made by me)

4. Paste the texture on top of your blend and change the blend mode to multiply.
5. The texture will also cover up the person, so take a brush (or the lasso too, whichever you prefer) and start erasing (or cutting out) the texture where it covers your persons.

6. I want to blend in the pictures more with the background. So let's do some coloring !
7. A selective color layer.
REDS: cyan -50 and yellow +100
YELLOWS: yellow -50
NEUTRALS: cyan -30
8. Add a new layer, fill with color #FFD0D0, set to soft light.
9. Add a new layer, fill with color #8CCCFE, set to color burn.
10. I have this now:

11. I added a white border of 15px and a red border of 1 px. (crtl+a and then 'edit' - 'stroke' to add a border...)
12. Next I added one of the butterfly brushes I made out of some pictures I found on google: Here is the image pack

13. On the butterfly brush I added some text, I used the font Copperplate Gothic Bold. I added a drop shadow and an outer glow, both in red.
14. Done !
