  1. Doctor Registration

    • Doctors must obtain mandatory verification from the Health Professions Authority (HPA) before registering.
    • Download the HPA Verification Form , complete it, and submit it along with the required documents to hpaapplications@gov.tc.
    • After receiving HPA verification, doctors should register on the MHU portal.
    • Upload the HPA verification during the registration process.
    • Click "Login" to begin registration.
  2. Applicant Registration

    • Applicants must register on the MHU portal.
    • Click "Login" to begin registration.
    • Create a new submission.
    • Select your current location.
    • If clinics are listed:
      • Choose one and proceed to the Submission section.
    • If no clinics are listed:
      • Wait for a doctor to complete HPA verification and registration, then proceed.
      • Or, use the Alternative Submission Option below.
  3. Submission

    • During the appointment, the doctor inputs the applicant's medical data into the portal.
    • The doctor will complete the payment process to successfully submit the application.
    • The applicant will receive an email notification once the application is approved, instructing them to log into the MHU Portal to download their certificate.
  • Alternative Submission Option

    • If your doctor is not registered on the MHU Portal and there is no registered clinic in your country, follow this alternative process:
      • Ask your doctor to complete the MHU Application Form.
      • Once you have received the completed form and medical reports from your doctor, log in to the MHU Portal as an applicant.
      • Create a new submission.
      • Select Turks and Caicos Islands as the country.
      • Choose one of the registered clinics from the list.
      • Email the completed form and medical reports to the selected clinic.
