If clinics are listed:
Choose one and proceed to the Submission section.
If no clinics are listed:
Wait for a doctor to complete HPA verification and registration, then proceed.

Submission
During the appointment, the doctor inputs the applicant's medical data into the portal.
The doctor will complete the payment process to successfully submit the application.
The applicant will receive an email notification once the application is approved, instructing them to log into the MHU Portal to download their certificate.
