炸芽菇

华族隆重盛大的节日就是每一年的农历新年，各户人家都早在一个月前就开始忙碌。他们忙碌打扫家里外的四周围，东排排，西整整的，将家里变得焕然一新，充满了喜气。

华族糕饼也在市场上努力打拼着，这是华人的传统节日，所以传统的新年糕饼是不可或缺的。我家买的比自己做的多，并且这是我家的传统活动吧？所以每一年的农历新年我都会很忙很忙很忙，忙着炸芽菇罢了。

炸芽菇讲究的是技巧。熟能生巧这句话一点儿都没有错。前年我帮忙婆婆炸芽菇时，手指差一点就剥掉。婆婆炸了几十年的芽菇，比外面卖的脆口，少盐和少油，所以不容易发热气。炸芽菇最经典的就是把芽菇放进窝里炸的那一刻。窝里的油不可以太热，火候不可以太猛，芽菇的厚度要一样，手脚要灵活。一把芽菇放进窝里是时，手要准备翻一翻，将芽菇炸得金黄色时就是最美味可口的。这一会儿的功夫，不深也不浅，但时间的掌握，确实需要年复一年的经验。

对了，华人就是忙碌命，先苦后甜的精神。
先忙碌，再忙碌，便是喜气洋洋迎兔年了。
这就是华人的传统大节日- 农历新春大年

祝，身体健康，万事如意，心想事成，新年快乐。

有一些时候，简洁的句子加上直接的含义，

所有一切的一切将会毕生难忘，永不磨灭。

回顾那一刻的片段时，依然热血沸腾，

依然露出一丝一丝甜美的玄月微笑。

如果爱情是一本书，

那么序就是女生们最爱回味的表白。

这样一来，我刚好也正在开始写一本书。

我的序，简洁明了，但突如其来

却呈现另一种不同题材的序。

幸福有时候不应该太做作。

怎么样的幸福种子，种在怎么样的心田，就会种出怎么样的幸福。

做作的幸福固然有那一刻甜蜜的感觉，有那一刻的永久的感觉

可是却不实际

我们对于幸福的苛求太多，结果构成感情上的一种障碍。

我的序，有一种叫幸福的元素

它很简单，不做作。

它很直接，不夸张。

费尽心力抓住一个遥不可及的幸福，不如放下追逐

大步大步只管向前走，

那么幸福也会尾随你。

幸福就像狗尾巴一样，永远跟着你。

有了序，故事内容应该会精彩。

我期待，期待幸福万岁的感慨。

真的不可思议
我站在这个地球的土地上已经20年了
两个十年
果然光阴如箭
哈哈哈！

回想到十年前的我
还是一个乳臭未干的臭小子
一转眼，我已经是一个要学会负责任的大哥了

柴九说，人生有多少个十年？
我已经踏过我人生里的第二个十年。
剩下的几十年，应该都要找一个好好的归宿了。让我... ...哈哈哈
让我的生命中留下一个不可磨灭的历史故事、

现在
我长大了，也老了。

今年的生日过得非常自在。从生日的两天前已经开始庆祝，而且意外的小惊喜更让我觉得很开心，也很满意。她的出现让我觉得也很不错一下。

日本自由餐也吃到非常过瘾！
虽然时间过得非常快，不过我觉得人如果可以乐在每一个当下，那就是最美好的一种回忆记录。

回忆记录是每一个人专属的，拥有自己一步一脚印的记录在案，不仅不让生命流白，甚至刻骨铭心的还可以回味无穷。

记忆很珍贵，记得不要让记忆留空
记忆留空了，你后悔了
后悔了，记忆剩下寂寞的。

Went to Tao Authentic Asian Cuisine with bunch of brothers to celebrate my 20th birthday.

Actually we are planned to go Tenji but since we are going to spend on foods, so we make it earlier and decided to try Tao.

Den came to fetch me and yung around 4.30 then went back and gathered at Happy Garden.

Soon, Kev's car came then we on our way to Sunway Giza, Kota Damansara.

It's reservation counter. Booking?
Just come forward to the counter and make your reservation.
Price?
Hmm, I know it's cheaper than Tenji & Jogoya.
You just need to spend around RM70+ included tax and service charged to enjoy this buffet. Worth right?

There are 2 section for dinner time.
5.30pm to 8pm or 8.30pm to 10pm

Baked and roasted area.
Choose your ingredients here and put it in a big bowl. Servants will give you some clips as a mark. After your foods are done, servants will put it back to your table as well.

Oh ya, you can order a top 5 or top 10 as well. They will serve you most delicious foods in Tao for you to enjoy. Try it? It's memorable !

Oppss ! Pre-Birthday Celebration of me!

I forgot since when I got this invitation from Jarnseng.
It was so damn far away from my birthday.

''eh buddy, this coming Saturday you free?''
''I don't know man ! Whats up? ''
''No lahh, celebrate your birthday..''
''Don't want lahh, so old already celebrate what? celebrate how old are you ?''
''Just eat something only, dont worry. We can also tea with Pn.Chan.''
''Ooo , okay then.''
'' Okay, Saturday night, 7.30pm.''

Yesterday was Saturday night and I went to shower around 7.30pm.
Used to be late because I don't really believe what Jarnseng had said. So, I felt so sorry if Pn.Chan is reach there before me when I was bathing.

Texted with that fella, invited she go along too.
Her answer was my dad still haven't answer me. It was freaking weird you know?
Her dad still haven't allow her daughter whether she can go out during night time?
Thank you so much for giving me clue to notice what you all planned to do.

Yea, I went there as late as I can. But not that over lahh ! I reached there around 8.15pm.
Jarnseng was not there! I knew it.
Chatted awhile with friends. Then, birthday cake was came after Sean came back from toilet and that fella was beside Jarnseng.

TADAAA!

That was so called SURPRISE!
Yea I was surprised because Sean wanted to cover my eyes in a sudden then I saw my birthday cake.
LOL!

Yay! I got my "I-phone'' finally !

After that, I got to send the fella go home and then go for the second round.
Met Uncle Lee and his car just beside my car. LOL
Chatted for awhile and then got to send her back because she have to reach home at 11pm.
After sent her home, we went to Murni for second round.
Met Chienying there, so surprised she could come.

Sean couldn't finish Mee Raja Napolian ! Noob ass ! xD
HAHAHAHA!
Went Kev's house overnight after that...
shared something deep deep deep in the heart! Yay! Secret !
Stalked all his photos in computer with someone special..It was soooo...W OA H !

2010 is a past for me now.
Let see what can a Twenty Eleven give me.

Last day of 2010
I was actually planned to go Look Out Point with bunch of friends
BUT
It was freaking ridiculous.
I went up to the hill and climbed up the freaking high staircases and reached the peak among the 3 restaurants there and came down from the stupid staircases and drove down the hill.
I JUST VIEWED 5 MINUTES NIGHT VIEW FROM THERE.

After that we rushed to buy supper before the fireworks started.
Pizza , fries and pearl milk tea were our delicious supper and flied to JS's BUNGALOW
to see 1 to 2 inches fireworks.
LOL

play with the little torchlights
laugh with the little torchlights
So now I knew, torchlight is useful
because his NEW house is still under construction.

NOW IS OFFICIALLY 2011

Happy New Year, friends.

That was a shy sunrise in the 1st day of 2011.
I was gay, I told myself I was gay

Reached home at 3am today
and went out at 3.15am today.
I went to hiking for a memorable purpose.
I wanted to see 1st sunrise at 2011 but I got this.

I just saw a little bit of the yellowish egg york
and the fking clouds were blocking the lights all the time.
YEA!

and then make a U-turn
went down from the hills.

Opps!
Just got home from Malacca yesterday
and took less than 5 hours to regain my energy.

Today went to a bakery house in KL in the early morning. Its actually a cafe and serve with breads & pastries, cakes, and pasta. Daily business hours is from 8.00am to 8.00pm. Normally peoples will go there to have their breakfast or lunch. The environment is quite cozy and windy. But I personally prefer outdoor because sometimes we are used to the aircond atmosphere for a long period, you will prefer the fresh air of the outdoor.

Okay, it was my 1st time visit and I found out it's a self service bakery shop. When you get into the shop, you can visual a cashier counter in front of you and the stone oven is located at your left hand side. At your right hand side, there will be the place for you to have your beverages and drinks. Behind of the shop, you can see some comfortable sofa there for you to relax yourself while waiting your foods.

If you go for breakfast, 3 things you must try. They will have FRENCH TOAST with FRESH FRUITS , PANCAKE STACK WITH FRUITS COULIS & BEEF BACON, EGGS, SAUSAGE & TOAST prepare to serve you.

If you go for their breads and pastries, they have CREAM CHEESE DANISH , CHOCO CRUNCH & PECORINO ROMANO CHICKEN HAM IN RYE for you to choose.

Macaroon is ready to serve you as well.

Drinks? biasa lahh...
