HEI Precision in an AS9100 certiﬁed, Itar registered organization that offers production manufacturing of CNC machined components for original equipment manufacturers.

Our focus is on producing quality parts with EAU’s from 200 up to 200,000. We offer our customers an extra level of reliability to avoid production stoppages or costly rework.

FACILITY

The HEI Precision facility in Bellingham, Washington has 16,000 square feet of clean and well-organized manufacturing space. Each work center includes a PC for our paperless ERP system and an integrated area for WIP. This layout allows our team to process work-orders more efﬁciently and accurately allowing us to stay competitive and help ensure on-time delivery.

WORK ENVELOPE

We can mill three axis parts up to 18”x36”, four axis parts 16”x18” and ﬁve axis parts up to about a 10” cube. Our turning centers allow bar-fed parts up to 3.0” diameter and up to 14” diameter chucked parts. Maximum part weight is 45 lbs. We can produce quantities up to 200,000 per year depending on complexity.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

We have a climate-controlled quality lab that includes a CMM, an Optical Comparator and countless other precision instruments and gauges to ensure consistent inspections. Every work order here gets a full ﬁrst article inspection report as well as multiple in- process checks to track part dimensions throughout the manufacturing process. Raw Material certs are also fully traced & recorded for every work order.
