Good week this week! Did my walking thing in the morning with strength training on Monday and Wednesday. I've been eating really really well still and keeping things in portion sizes. I don't remember once in the last two weeks where I was uncomfortably full. I feel like I have taken great strides in my eating and exercising habits.
