We ship same day on weekdays, so expect your Flair within the week. You can always check the tracking info we send along if you get antsy. If you are outside the USA and want some Flair, shoot over to Amazon to place your order.

You can reach out via our web site or social media if you have an issue. We stand by our product and have a 💯% satisfaction guarantee.
Image Image Can I put my Flair on more than one helmet?

For MagNeatOhz, yes. This is why we sell the 'Nubbins' separately. This way, you can swap your Flair between multiple helmets. For Softeez, we encourage you to keep them on because if you try to re-stick them, it won't work well.
Image Image Can I remove the magnetic bases (Nubbins) or Softeez if I want to?

We use the same kind of adhesive as a GoPro mount. All you have to do is pry it off and remove any sticky residue with something like Goo Gone.
