Update failed
It should take about 10 minutes to update 30 Classpads. If it fails, try again. It is possible that, for some reason, some devices will not update properly; for example, only 25 of the 30 Classpads will be updated.
The next time you try, only the devices that require it will be updated, in this case, the remaining 5.
If, despite repeated attempts, all devices cannot be updated correctly, please contact us at support@photon.education.
