A Bit Under the Weather

What do these things have in common?...One sick girl!

That picture of me is definitely not very flattering! I've been sick with a cold for almost a month and last week it turned into a sinus infection. I'm feeling MUCH better now that I have antibiotics running through my system. I am so grateful for the wonderful brethren who gave me priesthood blessings and for modern medicine.

Once There Was a Snowman

One morning when I left for work, this jolly face greeted me :) Hyrum had gone on a run that morning and took advantage of the snow!

Is my husband creative or what? I had found orange food dye on the counter that morning and wondered what he had been concocting...We didn't have any carrots so he peeled a cucumber and dyed it orange. Ha! Ha!

In the sun it melted small, small, small...but it was cool while it lasted! Can you believe that almost all of this snow was melted by the afternoon?
