NOTABLE CHARACTER TRAITS:
Karlach is a DnD Tiefling, information for which can be found here or pretty much anywhere that talks about DnD. But in essence, Tieflings are a race descended from fiendish races such as devils etc. and as a result they appear demonic, but they aren't necessarily predisposed to evil.
Karlach herself has dark red skin, horns (one of which is broken in half), and a long demonic-looking tail. She is also on perpetual fire. The fire is very hot. Don't touch it.
Replacing her heart is an Infernal Engine, which increases her strength and abilities but at the cost of souls and other things. Don't worry about it.
In any case Karlach would ping as "vaguely demonic but like la croix levels of demonic flavor" and the Infernal Engine would ping as "very demonic".
Oh yes also she has a Mindflayer Parasite in her head.
OTHER NOTES: While I do want to play with Karlach's desires for love and affection and the ability to touch other people I would really prefer to do so in a ... less hypersexual way than the game does. It's pretty much my only big problem with BG3, is how much emphasis it places on sex as a whole. It's just not my bag though I lovelovelove shipping and romance things.
That being said, I'm not going to say "absolutely no sex ever" but to put it in DnD terms the likelihood of my being able to have a sex thread is about as likely as passing a skillcheck of 30 with disadvantage. Also I'm garbage at dirtytalk. Please understand.
