We’re both, the two spaces are close to each other, and you can do just Coworking or Coliving/Coworking as a bundle. 

We started as the only Coworking Space in Hoi An until October 2023 when we launched our first Coliving Space, it’s a villa with pool that is fully dedicated to Hub Hoi An Coliving tenants – Coworking space membership is always included.

The two spaces are only 900m apart, through the rice fields. 

The Community+ Pass lets you be part of our vibrant community with access to all member events, WhatsApp groups, and social gatherings at any time of day. It also includes a mix of coworking sessions and a 30% discount on additional day passes.

Regular Season:

• 3 full-access coworking days (anytime)

• 5 additional off-peak sessions (after 6 PM or weekends)

Peak Season:

• 10 coworking sessions (off-peak hours only: after 6 PM or weekends)

We have 2 business-grade fiber connections and business grade wi-fi networking equipment.

Speedtest.net almost always shows 240-260 Mbit upload and download. 

With average amount of people in the coworking space, we still usually get at least  120 Mbit download and more for upload.

Yes, yes and no.

For existing members, access to the coworking is 24/7 and that’s applicable for all types of membership.

With a day pass, you have the added bonus of being able to stay until 7 am in the next morning, no matter what time you start. 

Yes, you can host people 1-2 times per week.

We do not have a dedicated meeting room, but we have 4 phone booths and a studio that can accommodate two people. 
You can have meetings in any of our many outside areas (some of which are often empty) or the Workshop – our calls-allowed room (small glass house)

Yes! We have 4 private phone booths, which are included in the membership (free unlimited use, if possible).

One phone booth duals as a mini studio that is suitable for podcast and video recording.

Our desks are all flex desks (hot desks) as a default, but for a fee of USD 40, you can have your own dedicated fixed desk in designated areas.

Only fix desks can be personalized or be left with your things or monitors on them.

We have lockers and space to store monitors and personal items.

We have space for scooter/motorbike and bicycle parking.

We don’t offer car parking, and if you arrive by car (e.g. taxi), you’ll have to walk the last 50 meters. It’s a small alley, but that’s why it’s so nice and quiet here.

They are free and we ask customers to be mindful of clearing the lockers regularly when they don’t need them.

So far we haven’t had to enforce a policy, because we have awesome members.

At some point we might start clearing lockers before the weekend.

Unlimited B/W and color printing is included. We just ask that you treat this service fairly, i.e. don’t print books unless that’s somehow crucial and use B/W if you don’t need color. 

Bulk printing is very economical and a lot quicker at local print shops – jut ask us for advice if you need to print a book or other bulk materials.

Yes, we rent out monitors for a low monthly/weekly or daily rate.

Other equipment like keyboards, laptop stands and mice are free to borrow.
