The Robert and Janet Clark Preston Family Album was given to my mother, Henrietta Howard Hunter Watson, 1906, by her aged aunt in Scotland in 1963. None of the photos are identified with the exception of those my mother knew. The album was in very rough shape. One of my daughters recovered it in leather to resemble somewhat the original saving the small scraps of the original cover.
I'm quite sure they must be Preston relatives. The album was given to my mother in 1963 when visiting Scotland. It had belonged to her Aunt Lizzie, Elizabeth Clark Preston Watson, b. 1874. My mother had returned to Scotland after having immigrated in 1932. Mother had visited her aunt when she was hospitalized. Under the circumstances they didn't take the time to identify each photo. Lizzie died in 1966.
