I ordered a ready-made designer dress from Mirraw on 5th January 2026 for my office party in the UK, which was scheduled for 24th January 2026. The estimated delivery date was 17th January 2026. Immediately after placing the order, I received an email stating there would be a delay of 3 business days due to a “technical error from the vendor’s end.” I accepted this, assuming the dress would still arrive by around 21st January — well before my event. The dress was not custom-made; it was a standard size, so I did not expect further delays. However, there were no additional updates about shipping delays. I waited patiently, even until the day of the party, but the dress never arrived. I reached out via WhatsApp and received no response. The delivery was finally attempted on 25th January — one day after my event — which made the dress completely useless for its intended purpose. I had spent over £260 specifically for this office party. I refused the delivery. After this, the Mirraw team repeatedly sent long messages urging me to accept the parcel and pushed for DHL to reattempt delivery, which took several more days. It was very difficult to reason with them regarding a refund. The communication was poor throughout, and there seemed to be constant miscommunication from their end. This was not my first order with them, but it will definitely be my last. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against ordering from them for special occasions where timely delivery is crucial. The service was unreliable and extremely stressful.

UPS misdelivered a package to the wrong zip code (my apartments UPS delivery guy who is great was able to call HQ right in front of me and have them track its location which was cool). I was like no big deal they know where it is and they messed up. Opened a claim. 1 week later I get notified my claim is closed because they couldn’t get a hold of me (so they can get a hold of me to tell me they can’t get a hold of me. No idea HOW they were trying to contact me before using my listed email). I call them to try and re-open the claim and am told I cannot as it’s out of my hands. I have to contact the shipper and have them re-open the claim. Wtf. They know they messed up and they know where they misdelivered my package to and yet…

I don't know where to start because there's so much to say. I have a 2015 Mini Cooper F55 that had a small screen and limited features (only Bluetooth, and sometimes it didn't work), so I decided to contact naviandbmwparts after watching a YouTube video. i’m in italy but despite that It was a fantastic experience. The guy is super kind and helpful, responds quickly, guides you step by step, and solves all your problems. I can't recommend him more; it was worth every penny. Fast and reliable, I have nothing else to say. If you're thinking of replacing the screen, trust him for several reasons, including the cost, since the shop charges double for a job like this. Thanks again to this guy; now my car is beautiful.

Ripple+ has been the best experience of my stopping smoking so far. It’s the best invention I’ve found to keep me nicotine and tobacco free for the last month and I’m so grateful for it. I’m using the Power and Focus pods as they’re my favourite flavours at the moment but there’s so many to choose from. Some say it’s expensive but so is smoking and it’s cheaper than smoking and so much better for my health. I’ve stopped coughing and spluttering every ten minutes and I don’t feel so bad about myself all the time. Thank you for your help as well when the unit failed, customer service replaced it within three days free of charge! Cannot recommend this enough!!

I regret buying Neff. The products look high-end, but the reliability just hasn’t matched the price tag. Ours developed issues far too soon, which is disappointing for what’s marketed as a premium brand. What really stands out is that if you look through most of the positive reviews, they’re praising the engineers — not the products. That says it all. Good quality appliances shouldn’t need engineers visiting in the first place. For the cost, I expected durability and hassle-free performance. Instead, it’s been inconvenience, delays, and frustration. Definitely not the premium experience promised.

Fox and sons are shocking. You do get bamboozled into a long contract, and i agree they are very rude and the pictures are rubbish. I took my house of the market with them while still in contract. It was sour grapes beacause we had s viewing and once i removed our house got rudely told there is no way the lady would have brought ur house. Crewkerne branch very rude. Was even told would i pay 45,000 pounds more for a 3 bed semi than ours which is a 4 bed detached with a garage. Absolutly shocking wouldnt recommend them at all. They just want u to keep lowering the price.

We had an amazing experience with SRIANSH, booking my tickets through Indian eagle. This is our 3rd or 4th time with Indian eagle and also referred to many. Always best deals. From the very first call, Sriansh was incredibly patient , attentive, and genuinely eager to help. He took some time to understand our travel needs, explained all options clearly, and found me the best possible deal without any frustration. Very prompt follow up abd kept me updated at every step. Do not pay for faster shipping, I paid 15 dollars more for a 2-4 day shipping and it took longer than ground and when I asked for a refund, I’ve been completely ignored, this will be the last time I purchase solely from NewEra and will now only buy in team shops where my product actually gets delivered on time. This is now the 4th order I have had where FedshittyEx has been used. Do not buy directly from NewEra, again, buy at a team shop or league shop.

The issue wasn't with Comfy Living - it was with courier firm DX who delivered early when we weren't there and subsequently our mattress was stolen. I informed Russell of Comfy Living on the Monday and a replacement arrived on the Wednesday, this time with DX ringing ahead (as instructed by Russell) to confirm so we could ensure someone was at home. Also very happy with the mattress too.

I was charged 2 different charges for a shpment that was CANCELLED and still in my house!!!! When I asked for a refund, I was told it would take 6 business days. On the 7th business day I was told there is no refund for ground delivery. I've been on hold now for 20 minutes. Horrible, horrible service. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.

I placed an order on 2/13/25 and it still have no update or response from support. The order says pending shipment still. I have messaged support twice on the website with no response. I’ve called over the last three days and have not received a call back. Next step is to cancel and refund order if I don’t hear back or get an update today.

Do not use this company to sell your ad space! It could damage your reputation or brand. WHY? because I am recieving so much spam from this company about advertising, its becoming extreamly annoying and therefore a poor representation of the business(es) they are reporting to represent. This is pure unsolicated SPAM.

Spoke with several business class companies. Got the best deal and best service through Business-Class.com. Sadly our travel companions had a challenge getting information they needed because the rep was in Latvia and there was a time difference issue. Still they are reputable and you should consider using them.
